First, let me say how truly grateful I am to have found Oren.My experience with his company from beginning to end was absolutely seamless!

I have been searching on and off for a contractor to build my deck for approx. 2 1/2 years. I have had absolutely horrible experiences with my past 3 renovations so needless to say, I was was very cautious and took my time.

As I live in a townhouse, there was no easy access, except through my house. As well, it's off a second storey. Oren assured me it wasn't a problem, they would protect the floor and furniture.

His crew finished 3 days ahead of schedule and the quality of the workmanship is incredible. They were absolutely spotless, took away all of the debris, and were very professional through the whole build.

As well , he worked with me to stay within my budget. I can't say enough good things about LASKO Construction , and will not hesitate to use his company in the future.

We were very pleased with the results by Oren and his team who were professional and apprised us of any issues all along the way. Daily clean up was perfect.

We started researching a company to replace our beloved front porch in July. Lasko was the first company I got an estimate from and following "best practice" I sought out two more estimates. This took a while seeing as it was summer and the companies I called were very booked up. Still, Oren kept checking in and answered all of my questions (and there were many!). In the end, we went with Lasko and we're very happy with the results. We wanted a pine tongue and groove floor instead of cedar and Oren went over the pros and cons with us. In the end, we will need to paint it more often than cedar but we prefer the look of tongue and groove so we're happy.
Lasko also sourced and replaced a load-bearing column which was rotting at the base. We were afraid the new column would differ greatly from one on the other side of the porch but you really can't tell the difference. It looks great.
We will be using Lasko again in the future, I'm sure.

We asked Oren to have a look at our existing deck and provided him with our ideas for rebuild. He brought back exactly what we were looking for and more. His team of Andrews, yes there were two of them (made it easy to remember!), tore down the old deck and built the new one. The deck is spectacular - Trex deck with cedar railings/stairs/privacy screens. We could not have asked for a better design, build or team of great professionals. As they say it is all in the details. Everywhere a downpost was positioned the Andrews cut out the hole in the Trex deck so there is no piecing. All the edges on the trim, railings etc. have been nicely finished. Not only is the work neat and flawless, they were great to work with. They were very friendly, polite and funny; always left a neat site at the end of the work day and were also accommodating. Highly recommend.

The Lasko team was very professional, upfront on cost estimates and accommodating to changes required on the fly to deal with unforeseen issues. Very collaborative on solutions. The 3D visualization tool was helpful. Lots of compliments from friends who have seen the final product

Lasko Construction done an excellent job for us. Once contacted, the company came up with a detailed estimate offering a competitive price and a comprehensive contract followed. Lasko's team worked very well on the project showing their professionalism and commitment while working even in hard weather conditions (remember those 43 degree C?). They did everything according to the specifications of the contract in a very timely manner, We are fully satisfied with the services of Lasko.

Oren Lasko spent many hours in five or six meetingsat our place discussing the features and reviewing several versions of the design. He offered endless suggestions, listened to our desires and ideas. Ultimately Oren and his crew built a two level deck with 4 flows of stairs in form of a flawless, convenient, balanced and beautiful composition. The desks feels perfect after several months of enjoyment. Deck has all nice features: balusters with Deckorators glass, handrails, led lights in all risers, polycarbonated panel to allow the light underneath, hidden fastening system - hidfast stainless cleat system, skirts all around and a side access door for storage. Everything finished beautiflully with great care for detail and within the planned schedule. Perfect job! We are happy and highly recommend LASKO CONSTRUCTION to everybody.

I have a large deck accessed from the 2nd floor. it is elevated 10 feet over a brick patio. It overlooks a pool in a ravine lot. I interviewed several deck builders but Lasko seemed competent and insisted on doing it right. I imposed one important constraint. I wanted a fairly wide span to reduce the number of pillars. This did not make it an easy project. Oren researched all the available materials and sourced a steel beam that would make the span safely.
When they came to the site they brought all their equipment in a large van.. a mobile wood working shop. At the end of the first day the old deck was gone and the site left clean. The new deck was completed in a week. Each day the site was clean. It is a work of art. The deck is attractive and well built.
There are not many construction home projects where I am satisfied. This one exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Oren and team were very helpful in replacing a deck above our garage and attached to our home. Oren helped us find a contractor to do the roof work under the deck and worked closely with them to coordinate the work between the work Lasko was completing.

The deck looks great and we're very happy with the end result.
