Ekko Cabinetry

After we had an oven repaired, the drawer below the oven wouldn’t close properly. Our Ekko cabinets are 5 years old and we have been very happy with the appearance and functionality of the cabinets. When I contacted Ekko, they were understanding and said they would help with the problem. Rob, the project manager, came to our house promptly and fixed the problem with speed and expertise. It is obvious that Ekko truly cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you very much Rob, and it was a pleasant surprise when the service call didn’t cost anything!

Ekko cabinets designed a new kitchen layout, providing cabinets and installation of the cabinets. Right from the beginning we were thrilled with our experience, from the moment we met Dave, our kitchen designer, we knew we were at the right place. The selection of cabinets, colours and accessories was second to none.

The installation team of Andy and Rob were first class, we could tell by the attention to detail and their ability to work around issues with walls and corners not being plumb or square in our older home. We had a couple of minor issues and when we called Rob he was there within hours with a solution.

With Dave's network of trades we used the granite, electrical, and flooring contractors recommended. All we so professional and their work was outstanding as well.

Originally we thought we would go with a big box store and try and save some money, after not being able to find the exact colour we were looking for we went to Ekko after seeing them at the home show. Turned out the we got exactly what we wanted installed for the about the same price as we would have gotten at the big box store without installation.

If you are looking for a new kitchen we highly recommend Ekko cabinets, we now have a stunning kitchen and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

I have had my kitchen cabinets installed in 2015 and the design and installation was done by EKKO. I am so happy with the work and the functionality of the space now. I have had to have a few minor adjustments and touch ups since then and Rob has been the person to handle all the issues. He is amazing so professional and helpful. I did have a cabinet door that needed to be replaced (I have a life time warranty on the cabinets so no cost for me), Rob came in and replaced the door and it looks great.

We totally demolished the existing kitchen including removal of a wall and reconfiguring another.
Ekko’s designer did an excellent job of guiding us through the design stage and coordinating her design with our renovation contractor. Delivery of the cabinets was right on time and tied in with the overall project schedule. Follow up after the installation was also very good.
We have no hesitation in recommending Ekko Cabinetry to anyone contemplating a kitchen makeover.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Ekko team and their cabinetry. Rema provided great advice and counsel designing our kitchen -- we love the quality of the cabinets and the extra touches -- recycle centre etc. The install team was professional and took great care during the install. Amazing customer service and outstanding product. Pleased we were able to buy local and use a Canadian product.

Ekko Cabinetry worked with us on all stages of our kitchen renovation and they were lovely. Rema is super-nice and a fantastic designer; she had ideas for the kitchen that no other potential designers we brought in had. She really made the kitchen functional and gorgeous in a way it just wouldn't have been otherwise. She is incredibly detail-oriented and has a fabulous eye. The cabinets and layout are beautiful, in keeping with our 1911 home, but still contemporary. She also recommended wonderful contractors to help with the rest of the kitchen work. The quoted price was in keeping with, but somewhat lower than, other estimates, and they kept both to the price and the timetable. We highly, highly recommend Ekko and Rema.

We recently replaced a 30 year old kitchen with cabinetry from Ekko, and I am very pleased with their customer service and workmanship. They were happy to help us work within our budget while still committing to a quality result. We engaged other trades - flooring/tiling/plumbing/electrician ourselves and saved quite a bit of money on hiring a contractor. The new kitchen is much more functional and has at least a third more space due to the custom fit of our cabinets and extending them about half a foot higher all around. Ekko also came around after it had all been installed and lived in for three weeks to do any necessary touch ups and assured me that they would be happy to come back within warranty to continue to do that for us. We have a big family, so this is essential. I am very pleased with the result and was impressed with their professionalism throughout. Happy to recommend them!
