Zen living helped my wife and I without apartments galley style kitchen. After taking our time with our design selections and doing some planning with our contractor Zen installed our new cabinets and countertops. I was impressed by the professionalism and pride in work the installers showed.

Hi if you planning to have a big headache on the project hire Zen living . These guys are the worst company that I have a dealed with Service is terrible as soon as they got my money they just disappear every time that I was calling them they said I will transfer you to the different department ,and nobody ever called me back and one day I decide to call the manager Nil and he was even worse than his employees, he said he will take care that and disappear too 18 months later I have a kitchen that I paid $29,000 and still not even done yet

My quarts countertop was cracked due to poor material from supplier. ZEN was very helpful remove old countertop and replacing with brand new one. Also disconnect and reconnect the plumbing. All done within 3 days and all free of charge. I would definitely use ZEN again for future Reno projects. I am a happy customer.

I heard about Zen Living through my realtor who had seen another client's renovation with Zen Living. I hired them to replace all the kitchen cupboards and countertops. Their first error was hitting the gas line with the stove. Their second error was installing a quartz countertop which cracked within the first month. After many phone calls and emails, both issues were reluctantly dealt with. Our quartz countertop has cracked again, and I finally had to ask for a refund because there was no accountability from Zen. So now I am left to fix the countertop, pay for plumbing and possibly a new tile backsplash. Save your money, time and energy and choose another company! The true worth of a company is how they treat their customers when something goes wrong, and Zen has revealed their true colours. They do not value you or your concerns, nor are they ever willing to fix issues as a priority. You will have to work extremely hard to get the renovation you are paying for. And in my case the job is still incomplete.

Zen did an amazing job designing and installing our media unit! The materials are great and the workmanship was exceptional.

After 4 frustrating months with a national cabinet installer I contacted Zen Living. Within two days of contacting them they completed the measurements and one week after my first contact they delivered the new cabinet. Overall the new cabinet and countertop were completed in two weeks. We could not have been more please and highly recommend them

Zen was amazing from the start of Sales, Installation and Service. We used Zen for all our kitchen, bathroom and mudroom cabinets plus countertops. We are very happy with our cabinets and would recommend them. Thanks Zen!

We were working with our contractor and were sent to another Granite shop that he dealt with. The service was poor and the price high to compensate. As such we set off to take control of this situation on our own. I found Zen from reviews on Homestars and contacted them. They were courteous knowledgeable and came back with a competitive quote very quickly. After choosing granite slabs it was found they were just a smidge too small after templating. Zen and the granite supplier made it easy for us to choose two more slabs and swap them out with no additional charge despite being larger!

The size issue set us a little behind schedule (not Zen's fault). When I asked it they could prioritize our fabrication and install they exceeded my hopes and installed in less than one week. The granite piece for behind the slide-in was damaged during install and we were so pleased when the installer showed up with a replacement piece the very next morning!

I would highly, highly recommend this company and only wish I had ordered cabinetry through them as well given the impeccable attention to detail and service. We love the finished product too!

Before choosing Zen we shopped around at many similar shops, when we arrived at Zen we knew right away that if the price matched the quality we were sold. it turned out the price and the design that the team came up with for us put it over the top, We installed our cabinets ourselves with ease and many special thanks to Ceci in the Zen delivery management department she was really a pleasure to deal with.

Zen Living supplied al my kitchen cabinets and did all the repairs which really needed to be done. They were very good with replacing parts and checking. Mark who I dealt with on the repair side did an awesome job and was always on time.
