I found KNT on the Internet and sent an email at midnight asking for information. The next morning I had an email from Bill answering all my questions, with a brochure attached and three references to contact. He inspected my house that evening and I had his quote the next morning.
Bill and his team arrived every morning right on time, moved all the furniture, covered floors, worked around us and cleaned up. Once we had an electrician in the house, we kept adding in more items - (new fan, heaters, plugs moved etc) and these were cheerfully added into the mix, with Bill even buying and installing everything we required. Before they left, the holes were patched and ready to paint. Our house is now completely up to code. We were extremely happy with KNT Electric and have been recommending him to friends and neighbours.

Bill and his crew were very pleasant to deal with. Bill answered all questions patiently and informatively. Was flexible with our needs and wants. Finished the work within the time estimate given. Did not charge extra when additional work was discovered because it was not in the original quote. Took the stress out of having our home re-wired. Definitely recommend.

We recently had KNT Electric replace all the knob and tube wiring in our 105 year old home. From our first meeting Bill was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered our many questions patiently. When the work began we were immediately impressed with the care that was take with our home and belongings. They were on time everyday and were very efficient with their time while here. They took special care to preserve an original plaster ceiling in our livingroom. We were given progress reports letting us know how things were going most days. At the end of each day the crew was very good about tidying up by sweeping and vacuuming. We recently bought a beautiful 1890's home, but for insurance purposes, were told we needed to have the whole thing re-wired. We were very nervous about this due to a) cost and b) concerns re: destructive work - we have original plaster moulding from when the home was build and didn't want to scar or hurt anything.
