I was very pleased with the duct cleaning. The two guys were very friendly. They came on time for when they were scheduled (even 10 minutes earlier) and I believe were quite thorough. They gave me some advise and didn't try to sell me other services I didn't really need...ie furnace cleaning since it is only a year old. I have 16 supply & 5 returns (total 21 vents). I was also sold an Electrostatic Washable Filter

Senior technician was clearly very experienced. He also spent time showing me how to clean filters in the HVAC / HRV system which was very helpful.

Frank and Taylor were friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do and got down to work right away. Vents were cleaned; AC and furnace were serviced. Also cleaned our dryer vent, as requested, making some minor repairs for us along the way. Oh yes, they were a bit late coming over but called us to let us know! If the previous place was anything like ours, we fully understood. Definitely would recommend this company.

Well done overall. Criticisms: they accidentally blew dust into one of the rooms and accidentally left the furnace turned off. Kudos: they were patient as I took time to decide to get the furnace cleaned, they asked about a leak in my washing machine, they were quick and efficient, they reopened the vents to take "after" pics, they helped me troubleshoot the furnace, they were respectful and focused on doing a good job.

I am the first to admit that I am not an expert in home maintenance. They took the time to answer my questions and didn't talk down to me. They pointed out that my filter choice could be better and had the supplies on hand to get me going. They were very friendly and even tried to help get my central vac going (and it hasn't worrked wrll in years). Great service, both at work and at home!

The work was comprehensive and they explained the process well. I would recommend them to people looking for furnace cleaning, furnace inspection and duct cleaning.
