Since my brother Shawn and I started Diverse Flooring years ago, we've strived to always ensure all our clients are fully satisfied.

I have gone through all communications with yourself via email both by myself and my staff member. I wish to go over them with you, in an effort to see where we may improve and further where we could have better served you.
