Alpha Carpet & Duct Cleaning

I used another well known carpet cleaning company. A year ago I tried Alpha Carpet Cleaing and was so pleased with them I had tthem com back this year to clean all my carpets. I recommend you usee them

Dustin and Shirzard displayed some top-notch service of cleaning the duct and furnace of my house. They were prompt and were very professional in walking me thru the whole process. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to cleanliness and they exceed my expectations. They used a truck that has a giant vacuum (not those lame portable ones) and it guaranteed that all dirt was sucked in. Dustin cleaned the furnace with great detail. These guys deserve the business. I have used Alpha for years and have always been satisfied with their work. They show up on time and are always professional and fast. I live in a condo and and usually ask them to just clean the exposed carpet and not move any furniture. They also have cleaned my cat tree in the process. The ducting in our 24 year old home hadn't even been cleaned so it was overdue. Alpha came out on time, and their price was 100% clear before they got started. We recently moved and renovated a house. Our contractor suggested that we get our ducts cleaned. I remembered that Alpha Carpet now has duct cleaning services too. The technician was knowledgeable as well as articulate and efficient. We were amazed at the amount of stuff that came out of our ducts. especially the dryer vent. I have heard that lint buildup is a major cause of house fires, so was even more happy that we had taken the suggestion to clean our ducts.

We chose Alpha after checking the NADCA website for a local certified duct cleaner. We also checked their BBB standing & Homestars reviews before booking. Their office staff are very polite, professional, & knowledgeable. We also appreciated the total lack of any sort of sales pressure at all. It also helped that they had one of the lowest prices of all of the most reputable companies we checked. There wasn't a long wait for an appointment either. The technician called from 10 minutes away to let us know he was almost here even though he wasn't late at all. He was very polite & professional. He even handed out ear plugs for us. After he left I had some additional questions (nothing they did wrong, just our lack of knowledge) so I emailed. The owner called me first thing in the morning to address my questions. He booked a time for his head duct cleaning technician to come out and answer all of my questions personally. During that appointment he was very polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, & patient. He double checked all the work while he was here & was diligent in making sure we were totally satisfied. He even offered to re-do the whole job for us right then, which was totally unnecessary. We are very impressed with this company and will recommend them to our friends, family, & neighbours.

We will be selling a house and never had the ducts or carpets professionally cleaned. Great duct cleaning by Sean and Dyako. If it's your first time, call these guys. The price includes some basic duct cleaning modification in your furnace ducts, and it's cheap. They have a dedicated heavy duty truck for this which is better than the cheap equipment the "other guys" use. Then Bob came to clean the carpets. I was honest and said I was not expecting any miracle as our stairs to the basement are incredibly filthy from shoes, big dog and spilly drinks. My plan was to see what happened with the full expectation that I would be replacing anyways. Bob finished and said he doesn't think I need to buy new carpet. It was super clean! There were only 3 problem spots. One was a spilly drink drop that nobody cleaned for over a year. You can barely see it now though, I just know it's there. The upstairs landing had bleach stains from a home pet cleaning vac that leaked and I left it a couple days, you can't clean a bleached out piece of carpet. Finally we had some red makeup incident in one bedroom. Makeup was everywhere upstairs and there was only the smallest couple of spots that could not come up. All of those are OUR fault, but the rest of the cleaning was so good, I think prospective buyers will overlook the problems my family created. Great job Sean, Dyako and Bob ! Buy both duct and carpet services for a discount!
