Legacy Exteriors

Following some calls to get quotes and reading reviews on couple of companies, I have chosen Legacy exteriors to complete the work on my deck columns. Even after initial consultation and material prices going up, Legacy didn't change their quote.
I was impressed about Legacy team following up thoroughly during completion of the job. Attention to details was amazing, color pairing and painting was exceptional.
Bottom line, Legacy did a very professional not compromising on quality and I would highly recommend them for any Stucco and painting work.

A flower bed was adjacent to the stucco wall, which affected the wall. The lower part was cut and a new double black paper and steel net replaced the original, then covered by two layers of cement and texturing the stucco. The conducted work was precise and perfect. THANK YOU Legacy Exterior.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new house colour. The colour selection was abundant. Narrowed down to 6 and then all 6 were painted on the house for a bigger idea of how it would look instead of from a little sample piece. That made our choices so much easier!

The workmanship was inpectable! The painters were polite, clean, precise and very conscience with the fine details and lines. They took their time ( still working at a great pace) and never rushed, giving us the trust we appreciated. Jesus even sweep out our garage when they were finished as that is where they stored their supplies.

All of our questions were answered and we were never left wondering. I would never hesitate giving a recommendation for this company.

Richard and the team at Legacy Exteriors in Calgary are excellent. We chose Legacy Exteriors do stucco repairs on our home. After having read the reviews online, I called Legacy Exteriors to come out and discuss the project. From the initial meeting with Richard through to the end of the project, it was a pleasure to work with them and I concur with all the positive feedback others have shared as well. Richard's prompt response times, thorough understanding of the work required, and his exceptional attention to detail are second-to-none. The finished result looks excellent (even down to an amazing match on the flow lines of the stucco). When the team finished, the job site was left extremely clean and the project was done both on time and on budget. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Legacy Exteriors. We decided to have the exterior of our home repainted recently after a few years from a previous company not doing a very good job. I contacted Legacy Exteriors and one other, and Richard provided superior service and his professional attitude easily outclassed the other companies' representatives. We had not thought of some of the improvements Richard recommended and made the decision to go through with having our windows cladded. Knowing we would not have to touch the windows again was very much worth the extra cost over simply repainting. We have a taller and larger home with some extreme pitches to the roof area. The first thing that impressed us was that Richard was able to guarantee a start time of the renovation. The contractors that worked with Richard, Amilcar for the cladding and Alberto and Jesus for the painting, and the stucco repair fellows (whom I didn't get their names as they worked so fast) all arrived on time when Richard said they would. The work was completed in less time than originally planned due to great weather and their dedication to finish the job. We spent a little extra time deciding on the final house color and Alberto made sure we were happy before proceeding. The accent colors painted on all doors really made the final product worth being done. We regret not having contacted Richard a few years ago as it would have been easier and lasted much longer. I think people will find Richard professional and is very confident in his approach. He backs that up by having highly qualified contractors who deliver; and with that working for him he has a very successful product. I would recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone looking for stucco refinishing, or even contacting Richard to see how he can help make your home look better tomorrow than it does today.

Legacy and their crew did an amazing job! Going from a dull old looking home to a very bright and refreshing home, we couldn't be happier with them. The finished job was great! Our 20 year old home looks like new! Showed up on the agreed date and completed the work. A couple minor things but overall a great job.

I was recommended Legacy Exteriors for my stucco repairs and painting by a colleague’s husband who works in construction as I wanted a company that I could trust to do quality work. Legacy Exteriors recently completed my stucco repairs and painting and they exceeded my expectations. Richard, the owner, ensured I was fully happy and answered all of my questions as well as gave me helpful tips on the best color to match my existing brick. Sherry and his team ensured the stucco repairs blended with the current style of my stucco. Last, but not least, Alberto and Jesus painted my stucco with great attention to detail. If I could give more than full stars, I would. Richard and his team gave our entire exterior a face-lift and we could not be happier! We started the project by having our remaining original windows and garage door trim cladded. Amilcar’s attention to detail with custom forming the cladding around our windows and garage door is clean and straight as an arrow. He thoroughly cleaned out every old seam and removed any rotten areas, and then finished the job with new pristine caulking along both the stucco and stone areas. We then moved on to the painting. Richard helped us with colour recommendations, taking critical elements like our existing roof and garage door colours into consideration. We elected to go with the elastomeric product which has given us tremendous piece of mind against the Calgary weather - no more chipping from hail or sun bleaching. Legacy Exteriors used the same product on my folk’s house almost 10 years ago, and it still looks as good as it did back then. Alberto was our lead painter – he is absolutely fantastic! He touched up any stucco that needed repairing, which all blended in perfectly. All of the pre-paint prep work was done so carefully, each line is crisp and sharp. They all showed up on time and put in a full day’s work each day. They carefully worked around all our flowers (even a baby bird nest!), and all work was cleaned and tidied up at the end of the project. The team at Legacy are so skilled, meticulous and passionate in their craft and it shows. I strongly recommend Legacy Exteriors for any referrals exterior work. I highly recommend Legacy Exteriors. The initial consultation was extremely helpful in determining what was needed and all of my questions were answered. Even after the initial consultation Richard answered any other questions I had promptly. The repair on the Stucco was excellent and a perfect match to the original. The pairing process was superb. The preparation was thorough and the attention to detail was excellent. The product is exceptional and I feel fantastic that my home has been treated to such an exceptional enhancement. Alberto was AMAZING and worked incredibly hard on my very large and tall house. Every detail of the painting was so well done and the preparation for pairing was so thorough all of my stone and windows were carefully protected. My house looks brand new. Alberto even helped me pick my colour when I wasn’t sure and I couldn’t be happier!!!!! Don’t think about choosing any one else for your Stucco repair and painting!
