Did a good job, not just a replacement as I modified it to improve and Jason did a good job executing.

Steve was quick to come to provide an estimate on a gutter installation on our detached garage. He followed up with us thoroughly throughout the whole process. Steve (and Jay) were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and very polite. The cost was exactly what was quoted. The quality of the work was great. Steve ensured I understood exactly what was done, and backed up the work with a warranty. Good job Steve!!!

Replaced all eaves and reconnected the old down spouts. Very fast install and cleaned up all old materials, thank you.

They were courteous, clean, and efficient. The gutter looks wonderful. I am pleased with the book and with the quality of the work.

I booked an appointment and gave them my credit card information. I got no notification of when they were coming - they just showed up randomly one day and repaired the gutters (and left the broken gutters behind for me to clean up).

But for some reason they never charged my card. A month after the service they called requesting payment by check or email. That week my son was born and I totally forgot to send payment. Rather than a final reminder - I got a nasty letter from a collection agency demanding payment. I paid right away of course, but I can't figure out why they wouldn't have just called me before sending a collection agency after me. Instead they went straight to threatening my credit.

Also wish they'd told me I'd have to dispose of the busted gutters on my own in a hatchback.

Strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are many companies doing this kind of work that are run much better.

Dr. Gutter was terrific -- came on time, phoned ahead to confirm time, worked hard on our 2 story house, corrected the dripping and leaking problem and assured us if we were not satisfied that he would be back. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the overall service and highly recommend the Edmonton business.

Jenner was great and he had some really good ideas for re routing water near the house

They repaired a piece of fascia that blew off the house, he re-used the same piece to save us money and did a great job installing it!

I was kind of disbelieved when I got problem with my home gutters to whom I could trust. After considering calling Gutter Doctor, they came and fixed the problem right away without imposing any extra services.I strongly recommend them and Mr. Jenner was very honest and professional and done the difficult job like peace of cake :). And I will call them again if I need their services in the future.
