Vent cleaning

They did not show up during the allocated time. The price was increased from what was negotiated without alerting to this.
I do not recommend 1 Clean Air.

Duct cleaning

The cleaners showed up first thing in the morning and called to let me know they were on route.
The were also efficient.
One thing I disliked was that they patched up the hole they made in the ductwork in the ceiling with silver tape that looks like an eye sore on the black painted background. Please get your workers to ask first before taping, thanks!

Duct cleaning, A/C coil disinfectant and dryer cleaning.

Duct Cleaning review in Ottawa

Enricot and Liam did a very good job in cleaning our ducts and disinfecting ac. However, they did not take time to clean our dryer as a result the dryer was not well cleaned. I would have like to see them spend at least more than 5 minutes to clean our dryer. Overall it was a good job and they were respectful of our home.

My ducts had not been cleaned for a number of years. Demolition next door shook loose a lot of dust and I had been coughing non-stop since the demolition started. Lionel and Nick arrived right on time and I have not coughed again since they left! Excellent work and very pleasant people to deal with! Thank you!!
