Water had been overflowing from eaves troughs, creating a waterfall over front porch area, and flooding my porch each time it rained. I called Gutter Force and they responded very quickly, identified the problem as sagging in the pitched area and repaired it, using stronger brackets/hardware. I am very impressed with the response time, work and reasonable cost. Thank you Mark and Gutter Force.

This recommendation and praise is long overdue. I have been meaning to submit it ever since Mark and his talented team installed new eavestroughs, soffits, fascia and downspouts on our home. From Mark's great tips regarding the colour of our new eavestroughs (the Ironstone looks great!) to the professionalism of the crew and their helpful recommendations vis-a-vis downspout placement and water management, we were very impressed by Gutter Force. Admittedly, I was a little hard on Mark and his team to get things just right -- it's our first home so I was being very picky. It's a testament to their professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction that they responded to each and every one of my concerns. This really impressed me. Their price is competitive and the work was done expeditiously and professionally in about an hour for two levels of gutters.

The technician is polite, cooperative, and considerate to a fault, a rare pro.

The whole Gutterforce team was professional, courteous and prompt. They responded to my messages immediately, showed up when they said they would and left my home better than before. I had originally requested a bigger job but Mark advised me that my existing soffit and fascia were fine. He could have easily upsold me and he didn't--who does that?! What's more, he spent quite some time on the phone with me, patiently address my questions. I never felt rushed. Vedran took the time to explain some of the details of the work he had done, something I also appreciated very much. I received three quotes before choosing Gutterforce. They were all similar in price but only Gutterforce offered a warranty of their aluminum products and workmanship for as long as I own my home. So much rain last fall (October/November) and our eavestroughs were leaking large. Called Gutter Force mid November, got a quote (very reasonable) and within a couple days of our call we had an installer over to replace the east side of the house (60' approx.) with new eavestrough, new downspout, and had the other 3 sides reinforced & secured. All complete in one day, all scrap removed. And the gent went above and beyond the quote with his attention to the state of our eavestroughs, effecting repairs that were not part of the quote. Afterword our neighbour complained to us that he didn't know when it rained anymore as he couldn't hear the rain pouring down from our eavestroughs!

Had a logically flawed eavestrough (1/3 of it sloped away from downpipe) - during a heavy rain it would be overwhelmed and water would pour over the end, down the wall and ultimately into the basement. I was having difficulty finding someone to do this small but important job before winter. Noticed a Gutter Force truck in the next street and phoned them - Mark called back and we talked about the situation. The day after I gave the 'go ahead' Vedran from Gutter Force came to do the job - he worked with impressive speed and obvious skill. The trough now slopes properly to the down pipe from both sides. He also installed a larger down pipe. No more worries! Plus it looks a lot better. Thank you!

I was a happy customer until today. I had e-mail communications with gutterforce around new eaves. We decided to wait. Their last e-mail said: "Thank you for the email. Please advise if you want to book the fall eavestrough cleaning. We charge $150+HST for the service same as last year." Today they came to clean without consent. I was not home when they came - husband was home and confused - he didn't know why they were cleaning. After I got home I called to figure out why someone came to clean my clean gutters anyway. I spoke with one of the most belligerent men about this issue who decided to start to yell and attack me personally as he could tell from my accent I am American. He swore at me for being a Trump lover and told me to go back to where I came from where they don't pay people for services and screw people over. I was a happy Gutterforce customer but in my 13 years in Canada I have never been talked to like this. In addition, I am glad to see discrimination is not dead - I have nothing to do with Trump getting elected but I am being verbally abused because I am from the US. I'm amazed someone can hate Trump but treat me the same way Trump treats people. Way to go.

We currently have an old shake roof, broken shake shingles clogged the downpipes causing water overflow at the front above the garage. Mark was very professional and personable. He suggested to replace the old 5 inch eavestrough with 6 inch eavestrough. We also took his advice to install 6 inch Alu-rex gutter protector to prevent broken shake shingles and leaves clogging the eavestrough. Mark got it right. The new 6 inch eavestrough system are function better. Our house looks beautiful with the new trim colour. This small investment is worth for the upgrade of our home. I would recommend Gutter Force. Still waiting on some rain to test out the new eavestroughs. The Gutter Force team was professional, polite and cleaned up after they had finished the installation. I definitely recommend Gutter Force.
