Minto builds houses too quickly, infrastructures are incomplete when people move in resulting in the area being a mud zone. We lost a full summer because of delayed landscaping, front yard & back yard.

I Bought a minto home in Kanata and had a delightfull experience with both the sales staff and the design centre. Their recommendations went a long way in helping me determine what I could/should through the builder and what I could do after closing. Their house inspector was very good and handled the issues in a timely manner.
