Brian was courteous, quick to respond and followed through with great service. After the appointment was set, he came on time and finished earlier than estimated. It was a pleasure working with him.

Brian was terrific to work with - he was very professional, knew his stuff, and was just pleasant and interesting. Very easy to communicate with, both in person and via quick response email. Our trees drop their leaves late so I was worried about scheduling, but Brian worked with me to make sure he saved us a flexible spot to make sure it happened. He did the jobs requested, and also pointed out a few issues I hadn't noticed (a cracked foundation seal and a gutter leak) and suggested remedies. Not soliciting additional business, just being helpful! He also did some extra related special requests, like attempting to unstick a long-ago painted over window that has never opened, and removing an unwanted permanent screen, and patching a small gutter hole.
