As a first time home owner, I was apprehensive at the prospect of my first major home repair. I chose Turnbull based on the good reviews I found online, and I must say they lived up to their reputation. Chris was patient and walked me through the estimation process, and the job itself was done quickly and efficiently, and I felt like a valued customer both during and after the job. The new roof looks great and I would not hesitate to recommend Turnbull to anyone needing roofing services.

Our home is about 15 years old and the original shingles were looking pretty tired. We researched roofers and shingle products and Turnbull quoted a fair price for what we felt was a superior product. The new roof looks fantastic. The crew did a great job installing and a perfect clean up afterwards. Definitely talk to Turnbull before committing to another roofer.

Initially I was a bit concern with how close the homes in our area are built to one another when looking to install a new roof considering both my neighbours have little children who play outside, well Turnbull roofing not only did a thorough sweep and cleanup of my yard, but that of neighbours either side of me too.

They were punctual, friendly, quick and reliable. Chris went above and beyond what was quoted and did not charge me extra and he was able to fit me in sooner then they had anticipated. I was very impressed with their quality of work.

Turnbull is a very efficient, complete , well organized company. it all starts with the estimator Chris, who shows up before the process and walks you through hos the roofing process works. Great insight into what type of shingles goes with your home. He follows up with you after to make sure all of your questions are answered. The roofers are an efficient team who work very long hours to complete the job in the best possible way. They put in extra long hours to complete the project within the agreed upon time and make sure no mess is left & that the job was completed properly. I appreciated the post job inspection from Chris when it came time to settle the bill. He was thorough in his evaluation of the crew's work. Flexible with payment methods. A pleasant experience. No hassles and the job was done properly. The job was done properly and the crew is very friendly and put out a great effort to ensure a completed & properly done job.

The people did the job very well. The people were polite and careful to protect the properties around the worksite. I like the warranty of 10 year labor since the last roofing job didn't last that long.
