Claude came to our house as he has for some years now, and performed a thorough inspection, cleaning and testing on our (Boiler) heating system. Claude also found the issue with the starting sequence we discussed, turns out it was just a lose wire. 110% on that one Claude. As usual, Claude is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional ! Had Steve and Mike returned to install our humidifier. They did a great job and we're very professional. Steve installed the furnace and a/c in the spring and did a great job them also. Would definitely recommend Mr. Furnace.

Furnace was purchased from Mr. Furnace, 8.5 years ago, first time we had a problem, still under warranty. Claude was our technician, he arrived on time, found the problem, called to get the part delivered, while waiting for it he did all the maintenance on the Furnace and AC, even though it was raining, he checked and tuned up my system, cleaned up behind himself He explained the process, he was following, what the problems were and how he was repairing them. Very pleasant gentleman, efficient in his work, please send him next year for the annual maintenance.

Furnace not working

Called Mr furnace from work today, furnace not working they gave me a time 630 service tech AJ showed up at that time and he was really professional ,after analyzing all the components in the furnace found a blockage water backing up fixed the problem charged exactly what they quoted me for the call, thanks again AJ. Definitely would call Mr Furnace if I had any more issues.
