Mr. Furnace

I recently had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater installed and it was a very positive experience. I want to thank Jay and Mark for ensuring every aspect of the installation was meticulously completed to the highest standards and for their courteousness. These gentlemen clearly demonstrating the their pride in workmanship and a care for the customer approach. Excellent work!

AC was not working. Told I needed a whole new AC unit. Paid for this technicians visit. Got another opinion and they fixed one inexpensive part and now works perfectly. Mr. Furnace is just about selling, not helping the client. Do not trust them!!!

We're maintenance clients, have been for years now, last week we had a problem and made a service call, Juergen diagnosed the problem quickly was back the next day with a new coil, installed it quickly, very courteous, professional, well spoken, a credit to the company

Tom and Brian arrived right at 9 a.m. on a Monday and by 5:30 I had a new furnace in place. I was so glad that I had scheduled a furnace check a few days earlier because the technician discovered cracked coils in my 18 year old furnace. They put down sheets to make sure my floors would not get dirty and worked meticulously to ensure that the new furnace was safely installed. They also made sure I felt comfortable taking care of this new furnace such as removing the filter each year and putting in a new one which was different from my old furnace where I had to wash the cells and aluminum screen filter. I felt comfortable asking questions... even the kinds of questions that I thought they might think were silly. They were very kind respectful patient when explaining all the changes and how to work the new thermostat. They even redirected the clear plastic water hose from the drain in the floor which was a nuisance. Their demeanour made me feel very comfortable overall... I wasn't afraid or embarrassed to ask any questions about the work being done. Several Mr. Furnace employees made me very happy: a kind lady that took my phone call, the original technician Jeremy that discovered the problem, the salesman Brian who explained all of my options very clearly and carefully and answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction and Tom and Brian who replaced the furnace ! At this time I am very happy and thankful! Great job!

Mark was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly and double checked to make sure there were no other potential problems. I will absolutely call them again for any future repairs.

I am very pleased with the service of your company. Me. Scott took 5 minutes to come up with the need of installing a brand new A/C. The following day, he sent two technicians who installed the unit in less than two hours. We are really exited about our new a/c, and hopefully will keep this company in our top list.

The technician was very polite and checked the furnace and then the AC which he did a start up as it was a new unit never before used. Everything was working fine when he left.

Called Mr Furance and the call went right through told the young lady about my situation and she replied with saying they would hopefully have someone there in the late afternoon. Perfect. Got the call from Zack later and explained to what was needed and what he did and took the time to chat with me thanks Zack. I would highly recommend Mr Furnace.

Call center and service technician were Very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Service was very fast arriving to my home. Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. Advised me of the issue and provided alternatives

My wife and I were very pleased with the entire crew involved in the installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Thanks to technician Mark, who identified the issue involving the heat exchanger and to Scott, who outlined our options. Installers Matt and Dan were excellent, polite and tidy! And a shout-out to manager Ian, who promptly resolved a minor concern we had. In short, we were impressed with the professionalism exhibited by everyone, including the office staff. Thank you!
