Alex and Eric did a fantastic job detecting why and where my toilet was leaking. Both technicians were very knowledge, efficient and professional. I phone the company at 10 am and Alex was at my home within 2 hours. Eric arrived later to help with the job. Alex explained very clearly what he was doing. The estimate provided was very reasonable with no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend this company and these two technicians, and would not hesitate to call them in the future

We had an emergency... our hot water heater leaked and flooded our basement and I phoned and spoke to Debbie who went out of her way to get her service people to come and replace the heater on the same day.
Mukaley and Alex came almost right away. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job of leaving a very clean area when finished. We did have a slight problem... the new mixing valve they had to replace did not work but Mukaley came back 1st thing in the morning and replaced the valve and now we have beautiful hot water and I can finally do the dishes. We have always dealt with another company in the past but now that the furnace and water heater work on gas we needed a new plumber so John the Plumber became "our new best friend".
We will definitely be recommending John the Plumber to anyone who asks. I would like to give a great big THANKYOU to Debbie, Mukaley and Alex for all that they have done. Thanks and take care, Yvonne & Bob.

I called John the Plumber in Burlington in late September due to a leaky shower. Colin came promptly to look at the problem. The cartridge needed to be replaced. He replaced it quickly. I was shocked to receive a bill for $600!! The job took 10 minutes. The next day, in the shower, the handle of the shower valve fell off and the pipes were banging. We had never had this happen in the last 22 years we have been in the house. My husband has tried to contact you many times to get the situation resolved. Colin did come back but did not know how to fix it. Calls are not returned and we have left 6 messages for Sherry, the manager. This is unacceptable!

Had a slow draining laundry/kitchen sink line, which has been a bit of a recurring issue over the years, and beyond my limited fix-it skills. Submitted a request just before 9:00 am, got a call back very shortly after. Geoff came by later that morning. Super nice guy. He explained the choice between snaking or snaking plus hydro jetting. I chose the latter, which had not been mentioned or offered by previous plumbers. Not a big project or anything, but it was over pretty quickly and Geoff cleaned up very well. He also secured/glued a vent at no cost. I have no idea if other companies charge a similar price for the jetting but I assume there is no significant difference for this kind of job.

Great service from beginning to end. We called to book the service appointment - very efficient, friendly, and we were able to get service within a couple hours. When plumber arrived, he had to diagnose a leakage problem, which turned out to be coming from a faucet leaking into the cupboard under the sink. Plumber supplied and installed a new faucet. He worked efficiently and explained everything. While here, he was also able to answer a couple other plumbing-related questions and fixed one in a minute! We were very happy with the service - all done efficiently and politely. We highly recommend John The Plumber!

Both toilets would continue to run after flushing. My kitchen sink which was under counter mounted, fell down into the drawer below. While taking things apart, a couple of other problems were noticed. Alex and Conner were cheerful and efficient, explained what needed to be done and did it. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood the follow up for finishing the sink project. Thank you.

We had a great concern for a large built-in ensuite tub that was dripping in use down to the floor below. We worried that the tub would have to be removed at great expense. But your staff immediately diagnosed the problem (tub faucets), had the repair kits in their truck, and quickly took care of it. Tested it too, both for fill and drain, with no drips anymore. They are highly professional and fixed it all very quickly. Thank you so much.
