I would highly recommend this company! Joel Nelson helped us through a very difficult time. Our finished basement flooded last summer when a storm in July overwhelmed our homes drainage system and filled our basement with water. I called PuroClean and Joel arrived promptly, within an hour, and got to work cleaning up and drying out the basement. The crews were very clean and professional. Joel handled all aspects of the insurance claim for me. After the clean up, the repair work was completed including upgrades which I chose to have to basement bathroom which have added extra value. I could not be happier with the new and improved look of the basement. I would highly recommend PuroClean.

The great Burlington flood of 2014, filled our basement ho a depth of 3'. I needed immediate assistance and got hold of Puroclean following a recommendation from a satisfied client. The work included reframing a room, tiling, install of new kitchen cabinets, electrical and plumbing. We experienced basement flooding from sewer backup due to a major storm, 5 inches of rain within 2 hours, on July 8, 2013. One portion of the basement was paneled in barn wood and mould grew on the panels within 2 days. Since hundreds of homes were affected in the area, we were unable to secure contractors from our insurance company due to the unprecedented demand. Fortunately we were able to contact PuroClean in Oakville and it was the best decision we made. Joel visited our premises within the week and cleanup was initiated by Heidi and her professional team a few days later. Following the cleanup Joel arranged for additional demolition, plumbing repairs and finally sub-contracting a company for the rebuild. In all cases, not only was the work completed to our satisfaction but exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend PuroClean’s services in the future.

Due to bad air circulation, the attic developed mould and we also started noticing the bedroom walls having mould. Joel made a visit and provided us an assessment that covered insulation removal, mould treatment and removal and repainting of 3 bedrooms. Once a date was set, his team did a fantastic job in keeping with the schedule finishing up on time. We were amazed with the before and after pictures. The difference was night and day and we love our freshly painted rooms. Thank you Joel and team for your attention and help in the matter.

Joel was very thorough and professional in his dealings with me. Joel detailed all the damage for the Insurance Company and walked me though the process.
After we met with the Insurance Adjustor for approvals Joel and his team began to make the repairs.

Lost our fence that separates our yard from our next door neighbours. Called Puroclean and Joel Nelson came out right away and we had our fence replaced within 2weeks. I thought this was going to be so time consuming and such a frustration...happily found out I was wrong!!! Highly recommend Puroclean Oakville. Our basement sump pump stopped running and our basement filled up with water. I was referred to PuroClean by a work friend. I received prompt service. Our basement was completely saturated and required lots of repair. PuroClean did a thorough job of drying out and cleaning up the mess and working to find great solutions for repair.
