PuroClean Restoration Oakville/Mississauga

In March of this year (2013), we had found some mold during home inspection. We got quotes from various companies. PuroClean's quote was the only reasonable one (and matched the price mentioned by the home inspector).
I was a bit apprehensive on the day of the initial assessment but was won over by Joel's knowledge.
On the day of the job, 4 people showed up on the site. They were punctual and courteous. The first thing they did was setup the area for work and covered the floor and the stairs with cloth to prevent any damage. They completed the job on time and left the site pretty clean.
We had a air quality test done and based on the assessor's recommendation, Joel and his team worked half a day extra and ensured that the job was completed appropriately. The job was completed within a desirable time frame (pretty much on time) and we were charged according to the initial provided quote.
Joel even went out of his way to replace the extension for our downspout which stopped leakage into our basement (the cause of mold in the first place).
Due to the quality of the work and excellent work ethics, I would recommend Joel to anybody for mold removal and remediation.

Joel and his whole team was professional, courteous, frank, ethical and truthful. Not only would I recommend Joel, I grew to trust him and asked him for other contractors contacts.

I called Joel Nelson after my renters called me about a concern regarding potential mould in the vents. I called the condominium authority and they informed me that if it is mould, it could cost me thousands of dollars in cleaning. I was in a total panic as the condominium authority informed me that this was my responsibility and insurance does not cover the costs of something like this.

I called PuroClean, totally stressed and thinking the worst. Joel calmed me down and calmly asked questions. He asked me to send photos of what we thought could be mould. He then went to see the apartment, calmed the renters down and cleaned the vent. Joel informed me that it was not mould, but rather dirt. He spent his valuable time cleaning the vent and speaking with the renters that evening - making sure that they were comfortable with his diagnosis. Additionally, one of the renters has asthma and the products being used were perfect for her condition.

He then called me and let me know what the issue was, what I needed to do going forward, and....the cost was very reasonable!!!!

Joel put my mind at ease when I first called, he called me down and he provided excellent customer service. I would 100% use Puroclean again. They truly offered a great service!

Contacted Joel Nelson from Puroclean when we discovered we had a potential mould problem as a result of a water leak. Joel was very personable and easy to work with - a person you could instantly trust. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem at what I thought was a reasonable cost. We recently had the misfortune of enduring a sewer back-up in the finished basement of our home in Mississauga. PuroClean Oakville was referred to us by our State Farm Agent. We were very impressed with the quick response and immediate action taken by Joel and his crew to immediately get the basement cleaned and sanitized. Joel Nelson and his crew were very professional, arriving on time, completing the work as quoted and leaving our home in the same clean, tidy condition that they found it. The work involved use of heavy, noisy equipment but the disruption in our home was kept to a minimum. The containment that was provided ensured that the house stayed clean and free of contamination. The end result was spotless, mould-free attic walls and floor which easily passed the environmental spore-count tests done after the work was completed.
