We needed our kitchen re-done and we're glad we called Marcel and his team. Great bunch of guys. They are professional, friendly and finished everything in a timely matter. The work was exceptional and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. Great job! We will refer Contracting By Us to all our friends!

Marcel and his team did a wonderful job with our basement! We live in a townhouse and we desperately needed more space for our family. He created an office, a family room (play room) and a storage space for a very good price. His team is always neat, polite, on-time and their work is top-notch. The project was finished in time and they stayed in budget. I look forward to him coming back to finish our kitchen, floors and stairs. I'll recommend him to anyone anyway!

Seriously in need of an upgrade to a bad existing reno/bathroom situation.
Cost and timing went a little over due to unexpected problems, as is the way with a 100 yr old house; overall a beautiful bathroom, closet, new roof, were worth the wait and the $

Marcel and his crew completed our basement renovation on time and on budget. The basement was previously unfinished, and once completed included a gym, fireplace, wet bar, sauna, entertainment room, bathroom as well as plenty of storage. Marcel provided us with a detailed construction schedule in advance and provided us with updates on a daily basis. Marcel responded in a timely fashion to any questions we had regarding the project. Marcel and his crew were respectful of our home and cleaned up any construction mess/ materials at the end of each day. Overall, we are very pleased with the finished project and look forward to working with Marcel again in the future. We would highly recommend Marcel and Contracting By Us for any type of home renovation.

Marcel did and excellent job. Renovated by basement done in approximately 3 wks very friendly his workers were also great.
If I have to do more renovation in my new place I will call him again as I know his workmanship.

Marcel Mackay of Contracting By Us was most helpful in the planning of our basement renovation. He showed us just how we could make the most of our space and still accomplish our goals. His workers, especially Manny, were professional and appeared interested in our project. We now have a great space downstairs which has added value to our home and one which we can enjoy with our extended family.

We have a small basement with a low ceiling in mid-town Toronto. Marcel and his team finished our entire basement, installing a bathroom, laundry area, and tons of storage closets and space. In the end, the basement looks spacious, well-designed, and high quality. And the materials did not shrink the head space! We started with a 100+year old basement and within one month we have a fantastic, new basement; including new laundry room, closets, office / rec.room space.
