I needed a washroom renovation done in my house and knew it would take a few different trades to get the job done. So i proceeded to call the plumbing company first to see what the first steps in doing this reno were. So I figured plumbing was the most important one. I found iPLUMB off of homestars and decided to try them out. Now they not only helped me out with the plumbing but also referred and sub-contracted every trade to make my reno possible. From start to finish iPLUMB helped me the whole way through and made me rest a sure everything was being done properly. I cant thank you guys enough on a job very well done. you guys really are an exceptional plumbing company.

We live north of the city in an older home we decided to renovate our basemenet with addition of a full piece washroom & laundry room and was in need of a plumber.My husband & I started by calling a few plumbers to quote our project. Some companies did not even return our call and the companies that did quote our project were extremely high & over priced. iPlumb Inc. actually answered our call and were very knowledgable. iPlumb Inc. was awarded the job. Their quotation was reasomnable, they were curteous, punctual & tidy.

My husband and I rent out our basement to a very good tenant. He approached us with a drainage problem he encountered immediately upon moving in. We went to see the problem to see if my husband would be able to fix it but what he noticed was out of his league to try and fix. We then proceeded to search for a plumbing company and stumbled upon iPLUMB. They came in the assessed the problem.(drain was sloped the wrong way)They had a lot of work to do(breaking concrete, re-doing all drains, ect) yet were very polite and professional when I had questions to ask. They finished the work and left no mess behind them. They were very reasonably priced and extremely helpful. I recently under went a washroom project turning my old 2 piece ensuite into my dream 4 piece washroom getaway. I didnt know better when I hired the first plumber in to do the drains and re-route the water lines. I ended up going with the cheapest quote and what a mistake that was. Im no construction expert but even I could tell the plumbing was all wrong. I finally had enough and looked for another company to come in and finish my project PROPERLY!! I got in touch with iPLUMB and sure enough the job was completed on time with no mess or hassle. Wish i started with them from the beginning. I had the original laundry tub in my laundry room since i bought my house. After a few years the plastic white colour started to fade into a yellowish colour. I purchased a stainless steel laundry tub and wanted to replace my basic plastic one with the new one i just bought. I called iplumb and they not only replaced my old laundry tub with my new one, but they also gave me a good idea to put the older laundry in the basement since i had no sink down there, and since there was no problem with the old laundry tub. I thank you guys so much for a job well done and I thank you for advice.

Somewhere in my drainage system was a pretty serious clog which was causing my kitchen sink to constantly fill up and would take forever to drain. A plumber arrived and located the clog almost instantly. He used a "snake" to unclog the drain and by the time he was done it was draining faster than i had ever seen it! When he was there i also remembered an old valve in my basement which had been dripping for months, he went to replace it immediately. He met all expectations and left me a happy customer.

My bathroom was very outdated and was in need of a make-over. An iPLUMB employee came to my house and replaced the toilette, installed a new under mount sink and also replaced the old shower trim. He left my washroom clean, was very courteous and competitively priced. I don't usually enjoy renovations but i must say I had a very pleasant experience with iPLUMB.

I did most of the renovations in my bathroom, except for the plumbing and electrical. iplumb staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done (relocation of some of the water pipe, and drains that were not vented properly needed to be fixed) they came back at a later date to install the toilette, sink and shower trim. Very friendly guys and i recommend this company to anyone.

I was refered to iPLUMB by a friend who had some work done by them and was very pleased. I booked an appointment, and Charlie came to my house the next day to install a new dishwasher. He was quick, clean and did a great job. No complaints here!
