Sandro did another fantastic job for us, this time renovating our open basement space and original 70s washroom into a bedroom, rec room, shower room and laundry space. Work as ever was completed to an exceptionally high standard; the project completed on time and the only budget amendments were due to our adding work once the job had begun. Sandro is also just a great guy to have around: he shows up on time, always brings a smile, keeps the place clean and tidy, and was happy to work around these homeworkers' zoom calls. Professionally done Renovation that consisted of, the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. including new cabinets, counter tops plus redesign, Laid luxury vinyl flooring throughout, including baseboards and window trim. In the bathroom we removed bath tub and installed a new shower with sliding glass door and niche as well and new vanity an mirrors. All new LED pocket lighting throughout.
Work was done in a timely manner, without any complaints from neighbors.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. This was a full kitchen reno and the difference it has made to our home is incredible; what a transformation! Sandro’s quality of work and attention to detail is unquestionable. He is completely focused on your project until the work is done. He kept us appraised at every stage of the process. He even came out on the weekend (we work full-time during the week) so that we could discuss placements and finishes. He was very thorough and clear about the scope of work and came in on budget. He’s exceptionally organised and tidy, so despite the upheaval of such a big project, we never felt like we were living in a building site. We will most certainly be asking Sandro to return to do our bathrooms.

We highly recommend Sandro and will be hiring him for future repairs/renovations as they come up.

After our master bathroom turned out so well (also done by Delfabulous HI) we were comfortable having Sandro tackle our family bathroom. This renovation was simpler then our master bathroom, but this one had a time constraint. We really wanted it completed in a 3 week time window while we were away on vacation. Sandro delivered and the bathroom looks amazing. Sandro is very detailed oriented and very neat. When he was working on our master bathroom, the construction area was vacuumed daily. I really appreciated this. Thanks Sandro for all your hard work. We love our new bathrooms.

We are completely happy with the way our bathroom renovation was done. Sandro was professional and reliable. He told us that the renovation would take 3 weeks and that's how long it took. He communicated with us so that we knew all along what was happening and cleaned up every day before he left. We would definitely recommend this company.

We contacted Sandro at the end of February and agreed to start our home renovations in mid August with planned completion in the first week of September. We wanted to replace the floor tiles in the kitchen, as well as to renew the whole bathroom - replace the bathtub with a glass walk-in shower, change the vanity, toilet, floor and wall tiles.
The work that Sandro did, was with great quality and precision. Throughout the whole process he had been very helpful and accommodating. We "surprised" him with an idea to have a tile fixture on the wall which was handled in a very professional manner and we were very happy with the outcome. He suggested to have the rain-shower head hanging out of the ceiling (not a bar from the wall) which added a modern look to the bathroom. He finished the project the first week of September as promised, without any hiccups price-wise.
We would contract Sandro again and would recommend him as he respects the home owners, acts professionally and his work has outstanding quality.
