Needed my garage door to be raised to accommodate a parking lift to be installed. Nathan came on time during the scheduled time as promised and was able to install the conversion kit quick and efficiently. There was an issue with the parts he received however he was able to modify the supplied brackets to fit the application. Extremely happy with the install.

Mike originally came to our home in order to provide a quote for two new garage doors and two openers. He was very friendly and provided a number of options and suggestions. We subsequently dealt with Grace who was very professional and timely in her communication. Mike returned to complete the installation of the doors, openers and aluminum capping. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, showing up as scheduled and was great at providing instructions on use and maintenance of the doors. I suggested there really was not a need for the outside keypad but he pointed out some benefits and I am now glad he did go ahead with the installation. The doors look great and we would not hesitate to recommend Easy Flip Garage Doors.

Called Easy Flip for a quote. Grace gave me a price over the phone for garage door but would send Mike (TECH) out to look at it. Mike was in the area and came out same day. Price never changed from quote Grace gave.Never any pressure from Mike when selecting door or adding options on. Grace told me when door would arrive and set-up install date. Mike installed on date promised. Great service from the first call to the install. All old materials taken away and nice job of capping around door. Great company and people to deal with. Geoff S.
