Trevor from sales was great, answered all questions, and quickly responded to all emails. Josh our installer, was professional, friendly, and work site was cleaned up. Nicole from installations has been great to deal with. Have some minor service issued booked, hopefully that goes as well as the rest

The sales process was impressive and we had a competitive quote in less than an hour. During the wait for the doors communication was prompt, thorough, and professional. Today the installation team did an amazing job and were friendly, professional, and neat - going above and beyond in teaching how to use our locks. (Logan and Alex) We finally have doors that we love and most importantly are well sealed. Thanks Gienow!

From the great salesman (who turned out to know my brother), to install and follow-up, we have been very pleased with Gienow and would highly recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

We made the decision to replace our windows after we realized that some of our walls were experiencing some moisture damage from the last time we had our windows replaced. It was affecting the wooden window frame as well, so it could get quite cold in the winter. We had someone recommend us to Gienow commenting on their superior workmanship, so we decided to give them a try.

As many of the reviews on here reflect, the installers do excellent work. They work tirelessly until the work is done. We had to split up our reno project to two different time periods and TJ, our sales rep, made sure everything was taken care of along the way. On the first set of the installations, we were so happy the crew was able to help us repair our drywall around the window. That made a huge difference. On the second set of installations, Georgie and his crew even finished installing the three windows within 6 hours, including the time it took them to clean up! His crew helped clean everything up so that it looked even better than before they came in.

After having the first set of windows installed for several months now, we already notice a difference in the temperature and feel of our home. It's also nice to have our friends still complimenting our new windows as well! So, thanks again to everyone we worked with at Gienow (including the super friendly staff members we talked to at the office and over the phone) for their incredible customer service and work. We are definitely recommending Gienow to our friends, and anyone who's looking to have their windows replaced.

We bit the bullet and decide to replace many of the old windows in our 50+ year old house. Gienow gave us a great quote and quality product. The crew that came for the install was first rate, and worked tirelessly to ensure the windows were installed properly and cleaned up every day so it was like they were never here. An issue arose with the install of new garden doors and windows where the wood moulding on the inside just wasn't lining up properly after the install. They completely rebuilt the whole custom moulding for the wall to ensure the finish was perfect, and even let me bring in my own paint contractor in to complete the job. Highly recommend Gienow/PlyGem for any window needs. We'll definitely be using them again.

Gienow sells a great product, exceeded only by the outstanding service they provided when it came to our Sale, Installation, and follow up. The only reason we're not issuing them 10/10 was due to a minor slip up in scheduling and a missing piece on one of the windows (we had 20 windows installed as well as 2 doors), so while it's not a perfect world, their team of installers was exemplary (it's obvious they take great pride in their work) and salesman Dallas Paquette took great care of us overall.

As far as our experience over the years when it comes to hiring out for reno-type jobs, this is the one that not only met our expectations but raised the bar in terms of what the standard should be, so yes, we are very satisfied customers.

I would like to thank Ronny and the crew at Gienow for the window reno done here last year. It was not a project I was excited about and frankly it was a bumpy road. With Ronny's help we all got through it. It was not what I would refer to as a "sexy" reno; it is something that needs to be done at some point but will not be noticed like a new kitchen or new hardwood floors. Gienow made mistakes along the way but they owned it and fixed it every time. I appreciate their newest radio spot which acknowledges that there might be bumps but Gienow will make it right. I am here to tell you this is absolutely the truth. I will also admit that the new cladding (no maintenance) on the outside looks great and the house temperature stays cooler in the summer and more comfortable in the winter since undergoing this project.

This company has many bad reviews here which are valid and reasonable so I will avoid this company and its windows which can be come from companies that do not teach their contractors to do the best services.

I would like to thank Ronny Sharma, sales rep, for being such a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, patient & understanding.
I would also like to thank Alex and his crew (Alex & Logan) for the exceptional work they did on my home.
They went above and beyond to fix problems caused by previously installed windows done by Lux Windows.
He put in a lot of extra hours & a few extra days to have my windows installed to his standards.
I was lucky enough to have Alex and his do my Mom's house next & they used their skills & expertise to do a great job there as well.
Alex was so respectful, considerate & knowledgeable. It has been a real pleasure to have someone with his work ethic in my home.
I would definitely like to give these boys a "10" rating.
