$252 for 11 minutes of work! I got a quote for a repair to a light that came off its mount. $250 as it will take an hour. Sounds reasonable, 11 minutes, so are you really going to charge that for 11 minutes? Yes. Ok, paid in full but will never use them again.

Octavio and his team completed the installation in a timely and professional manner including organizing and working around the required inspections to complete the job quickly! I would definitely use them again.

Convector baseboard heaters were installed in my apartment (after my apartment was flooded). Figured 25 years of the old-style baseboard heaters was enough. Octavio and team were very professional throughout; installation was on the date and time as agreed to; installation was perfect.
