I got prompt and professional service from Ray and Sam. They identified the potential problem areas
around the house, explained their potential work to seal the affected areas.
After providing us with a very reasonable quote, we decided to commit to them to do the work.
They not only did the work professionally, but also sealed an extra vent that wasn't part of the quote.
Ray also checked our attic to ensure that our squirrel problem was resolved- He has also made follow up calls to ensure that our problem was resolved - That's what I would call: "service"

I had a racoon problem in my attic and called Brilliex Pest Control to fix the issue. I was quoted $350 for racoon removal on the phone by one 'Sam' who came to do the job. I ended up paying almost double and continued to have the racoon problem. Sam blamed me for 'trying to save money' by fixing only one hole/opening instead of two. Why would a customer pay double to fix one opening, if they were told otherwise? I ended up having to call another company as the racoon issue remained unresolved after Brilliex had come in. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and Sam told me 'BBB cannot do anything.'
Customers BEWARE! Don't let your good money go to waste. Once you pay them, there's nothing you can do. The good reviews on google don't mean anything. Just a way to get customers in.

Saw an opening on the soffit and knew right away that its a raccoon issue. Called Brilliex and was able to talk to Rey who took care of everything. Rey was a very professional guy. I was very satisfied with the results and would really recommend Brilliex to my family and friends. 5 Stars for Rey

I have used Brillex in the past year several times - for an animal under my shed, wasps nests, evidence of a mouse in our home and most recently evidence of another rodent. The service is always prompt, professional and thorough. Our most recent visit included an inspection of the outside of the home, going so far as to dig in the snow to figure out the exact point of entry. I am very impressed with the high quality service Brillex provides, and while I wish I didn't have a need for them, will continue calling when I do!

A family of squirrels found their way into my house and were throwing a party inside the wall. I called Brilliex and Ray came the next day. He looked around my house, found the entry point, and installed a grid with a door to let them out. The grid is high quality with 16 guage galvanized steel and was installed securely. Ray is very knowledgeable in animal control and answered all my questions. In 3 days the squirrels were gone and I am enjoying my solitude once more.
