I reached out and met with a number of different landscapers. I was very impressed with Land-con from the start. They had great ideas for my backyard and they were very easy to work with. I wanted my patio to stand out over your typical basic patio so Jeremy came back to me with the idea of floating stairs. WOW!! Is all I can say!! Everyone who’s seen my patio has been very impressed with the quality of work and especially the stairs!! I’m not at all a easy person to impress but the quality of work is top notch!! We are already planning the potential addition of a pool for Land-con to build for us next. Jeremy and Simon are very good at what they do and I highly recommend Land-Con for your Landscaping needs.

Planning any project can be stressful on the home owner, so when we met Jeremy and Ofer we instantly felt comfortable and at ease. Time lines, budget and quality work were our top priority and Land-Con delivers that and more. Jeremy and Ofer have a great deal of knowledge and experience, which was an asset to us in planning our project. Each professional crew member from design to stone work, cedar detailing, irrigation installation, lighting installation and planting were very skilled and their attention to detail was like no other. I can honestly say that Land-Con will treat your project as if it’s their own home. Our property was always left clean and neat at the end of each day. Each crew handled every aspect of our project with respect, professionalism and care. Not only can we thank Jeremy and Ofer for the exceptional and impressive work done, but we must pay tribute to the outstanding job that John, TJ, Matias, Mitch, Nick and Nick did on all the stone work, lighting and planting. Sean and his team for the terrific irrigation work. Kevin, Gary and Domenic for the precise cedar work. Chance for the stunning flagstone work. Eddie and his crew for the perfect asphalt work and Ruban for the beautiful railing. In the summer of 2020 we turned our backyard into our dream hang out spot! Landcon took care of everything and our experience was fantastic! Kim worked with us to understand our needs and goals and put together a fabulous design- L-shaped pool with a waterfall feature, hot tub, pergola, outdoor fireplace with entertainment unit, new deck and patio. The workers were prompt, professional and helpful. Ofer was always available and regularly on site to check on progress. They kept us informed, we were on time and on budget even during the pandemic. We love our new space and would definitely recommend to anyone for their outdoor project!

We provided Taylor a blank canvas and he transformed our backyard into a resort. It was amazing. Taylor was amazing to work with and provided us tons of advise which we would not have ever thought of. Ofer was great to deal with and was there every step of the way and made the construction process very smooth. Ofer was extremely knowledgeable and customer service was top notch. We had initial issues with our weeping tile (as it happens with any construction/renovation project) however Ofer assured us they would not leave until we were 100% satisfied with the work. They stand behind their word and their work. I would recommend Land-con anytime.

A great team to design and deliver upon the design. Taylor is a great designer and Jeremy was easy to deal with to get the work done. I did not know a lot but I believe I could not have done the project if I didn’t have them doing the project. Jeremy provided full support throughout the work. Exceptional company to deal with.

The crew were a great bunch and also very accommodating.
We did feel the plants could have been of a better quality and the installation of the plants might have been better.
All in all we are very satisfied.

Back to install a short pathway that ties into our original front walls project from years ago, as well as do some warranty work to rel-level a couple of steps that sank (it was installed where we had to perform some waterproofing).

The usual great job, pleasant service AND they honor their warranty commitments.

I hired Land Con to landscape my front and backyard. They sent over their designer Taylor, who was by far one of the most creative and knowledgeable people I have met when it comes to design. The team at Land Con walked us through the proses and made it easy. They transformed our yard into something breathtaking!! There was constant communication, and never made it uncomfortable to ask questions. We now spend all our time in the yard!! . I would recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape project

We had a fair size project completed this July-August 2019 revamping the outdated front of the house and backyard landscaping. We tendered the job out and hired Land Con Ltd. for the project dealing with Ofer direct. Their quote was reasonable, a company with solid work record and experience, good response and clear in their bid and negotiations. They did full replacement of the driveway base and pavers & walkways pavers, new trench drain, front porch & stairs replacement, backyard deck renovation, hot tub concrete pad, sod, soft landscaping base prep, etc.

The owner had his crews and subs well organized, he kept communication going, updating us with every step of construction and accommodating my schedule for early site meetings. Kudos guys for the good work and organization, some minor hiccups along the way due to rush to move ahead with schedule which were immediately looked after or some material delays which as a construction guy myself I know they're normal in this type of construction in the busy summer time. Last but not the least, the many "eyes in the sky" checking :) …... the grandma says hello to guys………..they have done an exceptional work, good quality and within the agreed timeframe. The whole team was great and professional starting with Chance, the "speedy" Simeon, Shain for drawings, all guys in general and especially Arthur, your stellar carpenter that amazed everyone with his work.

Our finished project looks beautiful and happy with the overall experience. Keep it up guys!

One last thing most people looking only for cheap prices forget and, Land Con Ltd. I think stands tall amongst competitors; ………. it is their robust Warranty on the Work, their multitier, one, two and five year warranty is one of the best in the market.
