Purchased Living Social deal. Phoning didn't work, so I emailed. That barely worked to book an appointment, and that was the end of responses from them. I really didn't expect them to show up, but the day before the appointment I got a call to confirm.
They showed on time, and did a very thorough job.
Don't expect video inspection, or brush scrubbers.
But watching them, I would estimate that they got probably 90% of what any brush scrubber could. They were not in a hurry, and seemed to really care about doing a good thorough job.
The 2 guys were very pleasant.
Very satisfied for the value of their service.

Bought a Daily Deal for these clowns. Called 3 times over 3 weeks before they returned my call. Booked a date. Waited home all day, they never showed. Called 3 times day of asking where they were. Never called me back. Now days later still no call back or answer whey they did not show. Do not recommend. Will never use again. Social Media here i come....

Air duct cleaning is something anyone should take into consideration to help improve their air quality and the company I used last week did an EXCEPTIONAL job at cleaning our furnace and air conditioner and showed us all the dirt we had. I saw a major improvement in our air too. Really recommend.

Got a groupon for cleaning ducts after house renovation. Really timely and did not forget my appointment even though I booked a month ahead of time. Very detailed work and even changed my air filter for me. Extra ducts costs were also reasonable. Got the whole house's vents cleaned by professions at a discount. Absolutely no complaints!

Bought a DealFind coupon over 6 months ago. I have been calling and emailing and still have not scheduled an appointment. They do not return phone messages or emails. Even if they did call back now, I would not want this company in my house based on their horrible customer service.

I've purchased a deal on one of the deal web sites, and started calling them right away. They didn't answer my calls till I got really frustrated on the line after that finally picked up a phone and we scheduled an appointment. Thought finally everything is ok. But it wasn't they did not show up for an applointment. I've called them several times during the appointment day with no result. I have scheduled the appointment one more time, same result, and the third time, with all the same results. I've stayed at home all those days, and twice I took a day off waiting for them.
They have never shown up on the scheduled appointments. Very frustrating. I was so angry and had to write complains to the deals web site, and had to ask for refund.

I do not recommend this company at all, the worst service ever.

Had whole house done with WagJag coupon. THey did a good job duct cleaning but there were issues with the appointment, they cancelled on us twice the same day and we had to stay home from work. We complained about this and in the end we got extra vents done for free but it was a pain.

In the end the job was done right so I would recommend them.

I have had some miserable experiences with duct cleaning companies, however Allied was the execption. They did a great job cleaning the furnace ducts,(my husband checked before we paid them), they were courteous and effiecient. This will be my go to company for duct cleaning from now on.

We purchased a voucher off or WagJag. Prior to purchasing my husband called and spoke to the receptionist to inquire and make sure that they would come out our way as we lived further north. He was told yes that they normally don't but they would so we purchased the voucher. We made an appointment for duct cleaning of our home. The day of the scheduled appt they never showed or called. I took us three days to get through to the office, reception apologized no reason given as to why no one came out that day. We rescheduled. Received a call tonight to confirm appt except that the scheduled appt was incorrect. We had scheduled for Monday and they had someone coming the Saturday prior, receptionist informing us that we would be charged $25 due to our location. After the no show and booking issue wouldnt it be costumer service to wave the fee? but yet still had the nerve to charge us a fee after confirming that they would do our area and now not having the service at all. We now have to go through the hassle of getting reimbursed from WagJag. I would never recommend this comany to anyone.
