Reborn Renovations

Reborn did an open concept addition to my kitchen and dining room. From the projects beginning to end they were absolutely amazing to work with to make every inch of my new space functional and gorgeous.
Vito who project managed was great to work with. Recommend them to anyone renovating.

Reborn developed our basement and renovated an upstairs bathroom. We got the basement and bathroom of our dreams, we would use Reborn again and recommend them to family and friends. However our main problem was the delay in finding out that we were 85% OVER budget. The work had already started and we didn't even have our cost list for our selections and cost of some of our changes. During the process we had made changes and we never new the cost of those changes until the work had been done and we were presented with a very large invoice. Vito, our site supervisor, went above and beyond to get our project done to our satisfaction. He was absolutely amazing. We met with the designer Danielle to make our picks and go over the design. She promised to get the design to us in 2 week, it took 6 weeks. I tried to call Danielle several time during our renovation when there was a problem and she NEVER answered her phone. The only way she communicated was through email which was frustrating because so much can get lost in an email.

This is an updated review. It is tough to come to an unhappy customer and make things right, which is exactly what Reborn was able to do.

We had Reborn redo our exterior and gutters/soffits. The initial work was well done and the crew we had was solid. The problem came that winter when a side project did not get completed and there were some warranty and new issues that showed up. There was a communications gap due to Covid/technology/life that led to us being pretty frustrated and unhappy.

Brett, our PM, was able to come in and have a pretty frank conversation, repair our trust, sort out the problem and get things back on track. That is a very hard thing to do, and he did it well.

Would recommend working with Reborn, particularly Brett, as their willingness to stand by their work and to make things right is impressive. Even when the customer is grumpy and upset.

We hired Reborn to do our home addition. Brett was very fluent in explaining everything from start to finish. His crew were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions. Brett helped us the best he could in saving money without sacrificing the quality of job performed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend their team.

We had Reborn do our two bathrooms and overall it was a very positive experience. The quote was detailed, professional, and accurate and the work was done to a high standard.
Murray, our project manager did a really amazing job. There were many challenges with getting trades and supplies due to COVID but Murray pushed through and gave us beautiful bathrooms in the end. His attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding.

Reborn Review

Hired Reborn for a main floor update - all new kitchen, updated floors, new fireplace mantle, replaced a couple windows and had railing painted.

The results were great with no real issues - everything looks amazing! The Project Manager Jesse was very enthusiastic, kept me in the loop and was really responsive.

We had reborn to renovate our entire main floor. We replaced the entire kitchen, floor, doors and other things.
The whole process was very pleasant and professional. The best part of the whole process was dealing with the project manager Jason who went above and beyond to help us during the renovation journey during the pandemic. We will definitely work again with Reborn sometime soon to get our second floor renovated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We Recently had our Kitchen completely gutted and redone, and the process was painless. It all started with how Danielle and her team at the design center listened to what we wanted and worked with us on what she saw as options with our tastes that were within our Budget. Once the renovation started our PM Jason was amazing. He was always checking in and ensuring that we were happy with every little thing from how the floor protection was to how the dust levels in the rest of the house were. Jason was never too busy to answer any question we may have, and if he did not have an answer, he worked tirelessly to track down the trades that would have that answer. All the trades that were brought in we so great to work with especially the Trevor (electrical), Karl and Stacey (Cabinets) and George (flooring). Those 3 specific trades attention to detail and their dedication to their craft were unbelievable. We trolley believe that because of their hard work the project looks stunning and amazing.

One of the most enjoyable pieces was how Reborn operates and how they communicated to through out the entire design and construction issues. Along the way they really went out of there way to ensure that we were happy with what we were getting but also ensuring we understood the cost implications and talking with us about what options we do have. We can not say enough positive things about the entire process and just how smooth and seamless it went!

I would like to commend Reborn Renovations for their prompt and thorough follow-up on some outstanding warranty items! In addition, Reborn went above and beyond in covering the expense of a window replacement, for a window that was damaged after we had taken possession of our home.
