Top To Bottom Renovations/Maintenance

We had river rock along the side of our fence in the backyard, and over the years we’ve had issues with weeds and it was stating to impact the fence. We asked Chris for ideas and he suggested turf. We were skeptical at first. But it not only looks amazing it is so easy to maintain. The work done was not only on time but very precise, clean, flawless. He also kept in touch every step of the way from time product was ordered to when to expect him It is very evident he takes pride in his work. We are already getting ready to ask him to do other work in the spring. I had seen his sign at another job site, took a chance and called, so happy I did.

Great job. I will definitely use them again in the future. Even though it was just a fence, Chris took the time to understand what I wanted and executed it perfectly.

Last month Chris and his helper installed new pavers for our newly built gazebo.
We are very pleased with the result. The important qualities that I look for in any contractor were very evident; namely good communication, creative problem solving and willingness to accommodate the client’s wishes. I witnessed the care he took in aligning and setting the stones correctly. He responds promptly to any email questions, and is easy to get to by telephone.
This is his second project with us, the first being in October 2016 when he installed a new driveway. The driveway was the envy of our neighbours and is still in good shape.

We are very happy with the job Chris and his team did for us. They worked in our yard to tear down an old fence and build a new six-foot privacy fence, along with a significant amount of landscaping work to get out overgrown gardens looking nice again. The results are amazing!

The renovation was a lot of work. We did the demolition of the old bathroom ourselves. The drain for the shower stall had to be moved and also the plumbing for the water supply to the shower had to be moved. Since my house is from the 50's, nothing is square in the house. Chris did a fantastic job in the tiling work and installing also a new door to the bathroom. Chris also kept the dirt in the house to an absolute minimum. Great work and the bathroom looks fantastic!

I’ve been hiring Chris for much of the past decade to do work in and around my home. He’s done everything from the fencing, to decking, the patio, flooring and internal basic repairs like ceiling water damage.
