Bill came to do an estimate of a deck we wanted to have done in the summer. He was knowledgeable and tweaked the design to work more efficiently for the space we had available and we love it! Project was done within the time frame specified originally and absolutely zero mess left behind unlike the window company we hired. The wood hasn't warped or split as he was very particular about what kind of wood and the amount of knots it had in it etc. Definitely learned a lot along the way. We hired professional movers who did significant damage to our wall. It was a stressful situation since we were having a showing and an open house the 2nd day after the move. Bill framed up a wall, added a vapour barrier, insulation, drywall and mudding, then sanded, primed and painted, all this in less than two days. Bill brings lots of knowledge to the project and makes sure you get what you need, including what you had not thought of. His quote was reasonable and he was a pleasure to be around.
