Love these guys :) Excellent job, just perfect and worth every penny. They arrived on time (we are in the country) and stayed until the job was done. The ratings are justified. The Hockey Maids team provided us with an extremely pleasant and satisfied cleaning experience. When we took possession of our new to us house, we were surprised at the condition it was left in, our agent rated the cleanliness as 2 out of 10 in his experience. The Team arrived on time, slightly early even an got to work. When they were done we were at an 8 or a 9. Nothing is perfect, but given the time they had they did a wonderful job, leaving us to focus on moving in and enjoying our new home right away. Thanks!

This is an update to my previous positive review. I have been using Hockey Maids for over a year now and I want to let people know that the excellent level of service I received in my first few appointments has remained consistent for the whole year. Harry and Maxene do a beautiful job each and every visit and their personal touches make me smile when I arrive home after a cleaning. Ted and Louie always respond promptly and professionally when I have a scheduling concern.

I would be very comfortable recommending Hockey Maids to family and friends.

On two separate occasions Ted has managed to squeeze my job into a tight schedule. The teams of two that showed up were friendly, polite, professional, and thorough. The teams divided the work up efficiently and assisted each other smoothly whenever necessary.

Two polite gentlemen arrived promptly at the door - Bryan and Marco. They asked for a quick tour of the house, and then got straight to work. They were thorough, independent, and took initiative. Once my mom got home after they left, she - extremely fussy about cleanliness - was absolutely impressed! They paid attention to detail and for 3 days afterwards Mom exclaimed with happiness about how clean different "corners" of the house were. Highly recommended.

I briefly watched the cleaners and thought I would not think of cleaning what they were cleaning. But the nices thing was I asked one of the cleaners to help me to my car because I am recovering from back surgery and it was icy. When I got home they had cleared the ice. Very thoughtful!

As so many of these other reviews state - I am picky about clean. And if I'm going to pay a professional...well it has to be really clean. I hired Hockey Maids after reading these reviews on HomeStars and I'm so glad I did. Not only was everything very well cleaned, they took the time to do the little things which actually are big things in my mind. They even sorted and folded my husbands clothes which had been tossed on his closet floor and tidied up some of the toy clutter in my kids' rooms. If you want to have that very happy feeling when you come home after a cleaning day - hire these guys!

I started with Hockey Maids several months ago. After researching on the internet and seeing all the positive reviews here, I decided to give Hockey Maids a try; man! I am impressed! The Miles team is excellent. They are always punctual and polite. They leave my apartment spotless and tidy every time. The scheduling team, Ted/Louie, are always accommodating. I am so pleased to have Hockey Maids to help me with cleaning my home. I highly recommend them. Thank you for doing such a good job every time. Keep up the good work!
