Pipe bursted in the basement, causing a flood. Drywall, carpets, insulation - all had to be removed and replaced. Canada's Restoration came literally 30 mins after my call. Handled all the details with my insurance and did a great job getting my basement back to top notch shape. Kudos to you guys!

We just bought a resaled home and when we started to rip off the hardwood floors we found that some areas had mold. When I contacted CRS the person who answered the phone was very nice and was able to find someone to come to my place quickly.

found them on Google, called them, they came the same day, gave us a great detailed estimate ( very detailed ), protocol they follow. We asked for reconstruction price before they started and they explained the conflict of interest, wow that was refreshing.

We saw that they followed every word they said they will, and they passed clearance by a third part company.
The reconstruction Manager and team were also great. all this nightmare turned to a positive experience.

Had a burst pipe in the basement - all work was complete in 5 days with reconstruction! Was surprised and happy to see my basement like brand new in such short period of time!!!

The Sewage pipeline broke and caused a back up of sewage and the most terrible smell.

They came in and cleaned evewrything that was required AND more. Provided advice as to what to do next and had a clear plan on what equipment to use and explained to us why they were doing it.

What is MOST impressive however is... since the sewage line was broken during the day Friday and the repairs could only start Sat morning, our business neded to be open that night. Once we were open, the smell returned, since the repairs were not yet done.

They returned at 11:30 pm on a Friday night, BUT their employee called ahead to ask about the dress code at the club and how he should be dressed so that he could blend in with the patrons and not stand out, while taking care of the problem.... Now that is thinking like a business.,

I noticed a small area with mold on one of the walls in my furnace room and wanted it removed right away as we have a young baby at home and this stuff (mold) is not healthy to live with. I found Canada's Restoration Services on-line and was quite impressed with the info their website offered so I called them. They were able to show up the next day after I mentioned a young child living in the home so I was already impressed. After they inspected my basement 1 wall turned turned into 6 full of mold!!! And they showed it to me...it was not pretty - I felt invaded and wanted it all out ASAP - and that is what they did for me. This company is extremely professional, punctual, courteous and most importantly clean! They are clearly specialists in their field and they know exactly what they are doing. They had a ton of mold removed in hours... and they worked very diligently without pausing. They involved me throughout the process making sure I knew exactly what they were doing and why. I was mostly impressed by their clean up crew (having dealt with messy and inconsiderate contractors in the past). There was not one spec of dust left anywhere once they were done... you would never know that anyone was there removing huge pieces of drywall infested with disgusting mold that day. My house smelled great (I didn't realize how much of an odor the mold was creating until it was gone) and we literally felt as though we just moved into a new house that day. Knowing what has been removed from my home has allowed me to actually sleep better at night with the feeling that my family is breathing clean and safe air! If you have mold in your home... these are the guys to call 1,000%!

I called them at 2 am on a Saturday, they where at my house and pumping out water within an hour!Fair rates, no b.s extra charges and very professional. they worked all Sunday morning and my basement was repaired in 3 days. everything looks better then it did before the water damage!One guy even gave my dog a treat before they left.
