We were very impressed by Air Central. They are very knowledgable and were able to explain precisely the differences between the different types of high efficiency furnaces. They really tried to sell me what was needed as opposed to what was most expensive. For example, they explained that one air conditioning unit connected to the upstairs furnace only would be sufficient for both floors of our house. The installers arrived exactly when promised and completed the job quickly and neatly. From start to finish, this was done well, done quickly, and at a lower price than I had expected. We would definitely hire them again.

From the first email to the end of the installation, the whole process was a very pleasant experience. The team went above and beyond my expectation and never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. I am very satisfied with my purchase (even thought I don't get to use it for another 6 months) and I am glad I use them to install an air conditioner

The work was really professional. They cleaned up after themselves, showed me how to use it, put mats down so they didn't wreck my carpet. The installer was very prepared.

Not only did I enjoy the work the installer did, but the person who came to do the quote was very professional and pleasant to talk to. And the woman I was emailing my 101 questions back and forth was very polite and professional!! Very refreshing to have great all around customer service from beginning to end.

I moved into a condo and experienced problems with the existing a/c. I had Tim come and give me a quote on repair/replacement. I went with a new unit and am very glad I did. They were prompt with getting back to me and calling to remind of the scheduled install. The installer (Stephan) was meticulous. There was no mess and they were efficient, courteous and very pleasant. They hauled away the old unit and installed the new in about 4 hours. I am pleased with the price and with the work.

Dealing with Air Central has been a great and effortless experience. They were punctual, professional, and left the site completely clean. I so appreciated them being on time and explaining the entire installation process. What a great company!

Air central installed our furnace before we bought our house. We called them to do a repair less than a year ago in the middle of winter. They came very quickly, even though they were busy, and their prices were very reasonable. They replace the gas valve, and the furnace ran fine for the rest of the season. When the furnace failed to kick in this fall, they fit us in the day we called. After troubleshooting several issues, one of the problems was the gas valve again. They stood by the product and replaced it no charge. I am very happy to be a customer of a company who stands by the products they carry, and highly recommend them.

We called Tim @ Air Central as we had just moved into a new home and forgot to prebook. It was exceptionally hot out and they squeezed us in without complaint and the pricing was very competitive. Steph and his team came out to do the install and were top notch professionals. I couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism of this entire company.

Tim, the owner I believe, came out on short notice to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. While other salesmen had tried to steer us towards products the we did not need in order to pad their commision, Tim made sure to recommend a product that suites both our home and budget and explained why it works best for us.

The install was on the following saturday (only a few days after we got our quote), the installers (I feel bad, I did not write down their names) showed up right on time, were friendly, very professional and took obvious pride in their work. I am a tradesman so it is refreshing to see guys take extra little steps to make sure things not only work as they are supposed to but look neat and tidy as well! That sadly seemsly to be becoming a bit rarer of a thing these days.

Over all we are very satisfied with the whole experience and would absolutely have Air Central come out and do work at our house again in the future!

Stephan, Ryan (I think), and Matt. These guys put a new high efficiency furnace, power hot water tank and air conditioning in my house and a furnace in my garage in one day! To top it off the workmanship was incredible and the service was top notch. They showed up on time and stayed late to finish. Laid out drop mats to protect my carpet and cleaned up after themselves. Can't say enough positive about these guys. Except they deserve a raise!
