Wonderful company. Stephan is responsive, honest, easy to deal with. Trust him totally. Wish he offered more services. He has a great team. Did our roof a few years ago.

Imperial Roofs recently helped me replaced the old Skylights in my house. Although it is a relatively small project, however, the company strictly followed the procedures that they promised to me and implemented the installation with very high quality. In particular, they came to my place on time in the early morning and deployed everything they need before the installation, e.g., cover the area inside the house below the Skylights, etc. Overall, the work was very decent and I am very happy with it.

Imperial Roofs is a very professional and responsible company (e.g. one team member, Mike, has more than 22 years of working experience in this industry). Before the installation, Stephen came to my place and conducted the on-site assessment. Then, he gave me a very detail summary including product types, costs, warrantee from manual factory and Imperial Roofs, etc.

In summary, working with Imperial Roofs makes me feel comfortable about their service including warrantee. I strongly recommend to consider Imperial Roofs as the first candidate for any potential clients for any kind of roof-related projects.

Great experience overall from start to finish. Got several companies to quote on the job, but Stephan (the owner) was the only one who came over and actually went on the roof. He explained in detail all the work that would be performed, thus, no surprises. His price was neither the highest, nor the lowest, but somewhere in between. On the day of the job, the workers were all professional, did the job properly and in a timely manner. Upon finishing, cleaned up everything; you'd never know they were there except for the great looking roof... I would definitely recommend them.

We were looking to replace our roof that was starting to show wear after 16 years and we had issues with shingles falling off a couple of years prior when we had major wind storm. My next door neighbour needed to do the same as well as his mother's house badly needed a new roof. Originally our roofs were done at the same time by the same major contractor, who is still in business, but is terrible at any service calls or honouring warranty, so we were looking for someone new who has good reputation. Based on the recommendation from this site, I reached out to a few contractors to get information and quotes. Mike was the sales person from Imperial Roofs that we dealt with and we were quite impressed with his knowledge of the industry, attention to detail and patient and relaxed manner. Mike went up on the roof to measure, inspect the condition and take pictures before providing estimates (some other contractors do not even bother to bring a ladder when coming to provide estimate) and he spent time providing us with different options for materials to be used - this was quite interesting since the industry changed since the last time we went through this exercise. After careful consideration, we decided to contract Imperial Roofs for all 3 houses. Mike kept in touch with us regarding schedules and he always responded to any questions we had: he helped us determine the best colour of shingles, brought samples for us, etc. All three roofs were done according to agreed to schedules and Mike was on-site and on the roof to make sure the crews knew what needed to be done. The windows and sides of the house were protected and clean-up was done (we did find a couple of nails afterwards, but I expect that as magnetic brooms do not pick-up 100% of the nails). After the work was completed, there were a couple of issues I noticed and Mike responded and addressed one of them immediately. The other issue required sourcing of a part for my very old pot light (part fell out due to vibration when the roof was installed) and both, Mike and Stephan (the owner) took time to locate the part and came to install it. Issues can happen during the installation, but it is the way Mike and Stephan responded to them was what impressed me. All our roofs look great, aluminum siding that was installed looks great, caulking was done properly and Mike even painted out metal chimneys so they look brand new and are protected from rust. Given our experience with Imperial Roofs, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This company was referred to me by a residential contractor known to
me. The owner is very experienced, provided practical and cost effective recommendations, and prepares the work proposal and pricing himself. His pricing was competitive. He manages his crew and actually participated in the work. His crew has worked for him for many years and worked very well as a team. I am a retired engineer and actually have done small shingling jobs for myself. Hence I am knowledgeable about the basics of roofing so I had many questions for the owner before and during the work and he was very responsive. Their work was excellent, including attention to details that make a difference. I have since recommended this company to colleagues.

Stephan was very helpful in terms of communication. He was able to answer all the roofing related questions I had and he was able to available for answers/communication even months after the work was done. The team was on time and very professional. It was a pleasure to have them work on my house roof and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacement.

From the estimate to the final product, Imperial Roofs has impressed us. Our estimator really listened to us and catered to our needs. There super friendly staff made the experience an absolute pleasure. The cleanliness was out standing and they left nothing behind. In fact it was cleaner then when they got there because they blew out all our leaves. We had our neighbors come by because they were impressed as well and asked for estimates to get their roofs done.
