Excellent service both in doing our vents and installing a new water heater. Very professional both in personnel and equipment. We signed up for the upper end servicing of the furnace and hot water heater based on their reputation and our own experience.

Thorough and Dealt with an Issue Quickly to my Complete Satisfication

I have to say when you have a plumbing issue in the basement of your house, it is never a fun or easy situation to deal with. Unfortunately, it is not always easy to tell what is going on in the pipes and sewer lines of your home, we thought the problem was solved the first go around and when the problem persisted (no fault to the plumber or service) First Call was very quick to act, solved the problem, brought in another company that was better equipped to finish the job and offered responsive service.

Since then, I have used them for my furnace maintenance and are wonderful to deal with. I trust their expertise and have referred them to others.

We contracted First Call to replace our furnace in 2010. At that time we decided to add air conditioning. We were very happy with the product and installation and all subsequent inspections and maintenance. We have since had them replace out hot water tank and were happy with the price and service. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Their technicians take the time to explain what they have done during inspections and make recommendations as required. I would certainly recommend this company for any services they offer.

Starting at the beginning, the quote was clearly identified and 4 options were provided. All features and options were explained in details and was provided documentation to help in the decision process. Had to deal with my condo board and had to call my rep twice after hours and both times he answered his phone and provided all the information I required. This helped getting the Condo decision along faster and was greatly appreciated. Had two distinct installations. One for cleaning the ducts and the second for the A\C installation. Both times, the installers arrived in time and were great to interact with. They even provided information about some components I already had on the furnace that I didn't know. I was recommended by multiple friends to use First Call and I would recommend them without hesitation. Friendly people & great service.

It was a great experience. I called first thing in the morning and in a little over an hour the service technician was at my house. The problem was corrected and I received a copy of my invoice in my email. It was all very efficient and easy!
