I want to share my experience with people that never had water damage problem. One week ago water damage problem happened in my basement due to my sub pump problems.?? My wife and I we did know where to call or get help, we could not trust. I just called couple of company, one quoted me so high, out of my budget, other company was not sure what I talk about, forget it, I asked everybody if they had license to do this kind of job, it seems funny to them. Finally I called 5 Star cleaning and talked to Bob. He answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns plus having license. They hired right away and they did an amazing job. I called to get a quote which I found to be a bit pricy but still competitive. 5-Star was efficient and fast - so fast in fact they cleaned the our carpets much sooner than anticipated.
