Manjur is a very reliable professional. He took the time to conduct a very thorough researched home inspection by paying attention to the smallest details. I appreciated the time that he took to explain to me every single red flag with exceptional attention to details. Hence, I would certainly use his services again in the future and would highly recommend him as a trusted home inspector in Ottawa.

Manjur did an amazing job. Took his time to do a thorough inspection. He picked up many issues with the property that we hidden and also suggested possible fixes.

Manjur has conducted three home inspections for us. He is extremely thorough, professional, and well equipped with the latest equipment (e.g. thermal camera). On our first inspection, he caught water damage to the hardwood floor, which another inspector conducting an inspection at the same time did not notice! On our third house, he caught a mould and venting problem in the attic, which would have cost us $35-40K to fix, according to a subsequent roofing inspection. We sincerely recommend Manjur for home inspections. He's a true professional, not some fly by night guy.
