Manjur is very thorough, reliable and prepared. He has all the necessary equipment to perform the work (thermal camera, hygrometer, ceiling height measuring device, etc.). He did a thorough job and prepared the 1 year report for our house. He also provided a lot of photos for the report. He checked the roof as well as basement and attic in addition to all the living areas. Will definitely recommend his service.

Manjur does a meticulous job in identifying issues in a home. 4 years ago he helped us identify issues in our primary home before we purchased. Thanks to him, the seller fixed most of the issues before we took over. More recently, we had a water leak issue in a new home. The builder conveniently blamed it as a maintenance issue due to icedam. Manjur with his thermal imaging identified the root cause to be lack of air circulation in the attic, insulation covering the soffit. In any home there can be many issues an untrained cannot see. This is where a well trained home inspector comes handy. Manjur does not rush through, he takes time in identifying and explaining the potential problems, documents well with supporting images. I wish I hired him for a 30 day warranty inspection rather than waiting for a year. We could have avoided some headache with the builder.
