Manjur is a very professional and attention to detail type of person who checks everything very thoroughly to provide maximum information about property so client could take buying decision with peace of mind. After inspection he provides very impressive report where he explains everything very clearly i.e. problem, timeline to fix that problem etc.
I'll definitely recommend others to get his services if they need to know anything about new/old house.
