We had a great experience building with White Eagle. From the beginning to the completion of the project, we were able contact Mike and Bozana and they addressed any issue or concern we may have had. Mike is detailed oriented, reasonable and passionate about his work, always keeping the interest of the homeowner in his work. If we have to build again, we will definitely use White Eagle.

We selected White Eagle to build our dream home after looking at their interior finishes in show homes. Mike worked hard to meet our requirements and suggested / implemented innovative finishes and accommodated any change request we had during construction. Both Bozana and Mike worked with us as a family.

Built a single family 2500 sq ft home with White Eagle Homes. It was a good experience dealing directly with the home builder owners, allowed for us to have a custom home build experience.

We built our home with White Eagle in 2017 and moved into the house in 2018. Mike and Bozena along with their crews and sub-trades were amazing to work with. Mike is very passionate about house building and it shows through the quality of the house we live in now, as well as the respect he receives from his sub-trades.

We have lived in the house for almost 10 months. Any of the minor issues we have had were addressed by Mike and Bozena and are being dealt with.

We also want to include a thank you to all the White Eagle crews and sub-trades, and especially Paul, their sales associate. They were very nice and helpful throughout the building process and are truly professionals.

I bought a house in 2012 from White Eagle homes. My house is only 7 years old. From the very beginning, my roof leaked, they came out to fix it and it still leaked, they removed part of the finishing stone from the pillar and its still leaking. The stucco is failing on the house, Lower parging is failing, Concrete failing, window seals failing, furnace is 7 years old and we had to fixed it 3 times and will require a new one if it fails again! We have emailed Bozena several times to help correct the issues as they are all workmanship issues according to other contractors. Do you think I got a response email back? Realtors have reached out to them and nothing!

These people are incompetent! they are certainly not the kind of builders you would want to spend your hard earned money on. To date we are looking at over 100.000 in workmanship deficiencies and more with Legalities! Do your homework and buyer BEWARE of this company! Shame on you Mike and Bozena!

White Eagle homes are one of the best builder in the market, what is best? It's their quality of materials, design, craftsmanship, details finishing are what stands out from the rest of the Builders. Their homes are all finest materials in the market meaning you do not have to pay "Extra" on upgrading your home. The finishing in the details are one of the best in the business. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to build their dream home!!!

My wife and I recently built a new home with White Eagle Homes Ltd. and we are so happy we chose them as our builder. When we were initially looking at builders within the Allard Community, we liked their showhome the most, but we weren’t ready to build just yet. Through the sales associate, we were able to meet with Bozena and let her know we are interested in building with White Eagle Homes, but the timing was just not right. She understood our situation and said she would wait for us. A couple years later, we were ready to build. We did have White Eagle Homes as our first choice, but we wanted to go through a second look at the other builders. As we were going through other showhomes, we always had White Eagle Homes in our mind. We contacted Bozena as soon as we knew our decision and that we were ready to build.

We were quite involved with the construction progress, picking all of our finishings and choosing some design layouts. They were quite flexible with our schedule and we were able to visit the construction site multiple times a week. When the cabinets were installed, they weren’t what we were expecting. We contacted Bozena right away and scheduled a meeting with the cabinetmakers. We were able to change our design and add on to it, as well as the granite countertops. We were happy that we were allowed to make some changes during the construction process.
Our experience with White Eagle Homes was fantastic. There were open lines of communication, contacting Bozena and Mike was easy, and when the house was completed, we were able to contact them with any issues that required some repairs in the house. The finishings of the house are exquisite and we’re happy with our brand new home. We would definitely recommend White Eagle Homes Ltd. to our friends and family.

I haven’t built a house with White Eagle Homes, but I have bought their homes as a second owner, twice. The first home we bought that was built by White Eagle Homes was 5 years old. We lived in it for about 2 years. During that time, we had no issues or problems with the house, structurally and mechanically. When we bought the house, it looked like it was maintained well and kept in good conditions.

After some time we decided to buy another home in a bigger size to accommodate my growing family. When we were looking at homes, we saw a couple White Eagle Homes for sale and decided to check it out since we were so happy with our first home.

The second house was only 8 months old when we bought it and we’ve been living in it for the past 12 years. We haven’t had any structural or mechanical issues and the house is still kept in good conditions. It’s the Sandstone model and the finishing and style of the house are timeless, we still get compliments from our friends and family members. We even received the rough grading report and certificate, both passed by the City of Edmonton.

Even though we were the second homeowners in the second house, we noticed a small issue with the crown moldings. We contacted the builders and they were happy to replace the structural parts, even when the home warranty time period passed.

We would recommend buying a White Eagle Homes house, whether you want to build with them or buy it from a previous owner. The quality and workmanship of their product/finishings are excellent and maintains their quality over time. I am quite impressed and blessed to own a house built by White Eagle Homes.

My husband and I recently built our home with White Eagle Homes and we are extremely satisfied with our brand new home and the building experience with these builders. We were part of the entire process, from drawing the floorplans, deciding interior and exterior finishings, and other small miscellaneous features. The builders were very accomodating to our changes throughout the entire construction process, they were even able to design a storage space underneath the deck, which we have been able to put to good use. It was very comforting meeting with Bozena (Office Manager) and Mike (Project Manager) and voicing our concerns directly. The finishings were made with high quality workmanship, they were exactly like their showhomes. I would highly recommend building with White Eagle Homes, you won't be disappointed with the finished product.

I will never recommend this company to any of my friends, Never buy a Home from this builder. Disorganized company. Bojhana and Mike , once they have your money, forget about finishing up the project. Forget about home Warranty.
