Neil is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the how's and why's of his job. His rates are reasonable and I would recommend his services to friends and family.

I recently moved into a rather old apartment and was shocked to find on thing wrong after another. Basically a shoddy wiring job. I called neil and he was here the next day. He told me what was wrong was able to fix it all at a reasonable price. I am recommending him to anyone who askes and when I open my restaurant I will be calling him to do the wiring.

Had Neil install some pot lights in the living room + kitchen. Great guy and knows his stuff! managed to retro fit potlights in the living room without opening up big holes. Worked around our schedule to accomadate us.

Nu-Phase electric is professional and very responsible. We had taken apart a bunch of electrical while renovating and did not label anything. Neil worked his way through all the wires to sort it out. I hired Neil when my regular electrician let me down. He was prompt, knowledgable, professional and his pricing was competative. He replaced several fixtures and added a few new ones. That project went well so I used Neil on a larger redecoration project -which led to more repair work. Older buildings are always a challenge but Neil finds at least 1 solution and always keeps me informed. I will use his services again and I highly recommend Nu Phase.
