Royal Flush Renovations

I manage a small downtown low rise apartment building. It's an older building so we have a good amount of plumbing repairs to do as tenants move in and out. I use royal flush for my plumbing and some renovations. Dave is excellent at replacing kitchen counter tops. When the water needs to be shut down Dave is very emphatic of our tenants and has the water back on as quickly as possible. His work quotes are fair and very seldom do jobs end up being more then they were supposed to be.

We needed to add another shampoo chair to our busy salon so I gave Royal flush a call. They found the most perfect chair which was well within our budget. Everything works great and the job cleanup was excellent.

I needed to add another bathroom in a rush (daughter came home from college early) I think the first contractor could feel the desparation in my voice and gave me an outragous price. I decided to give Dave and his team a try instead. They beat the competitors price by well over a thousand and they completed the project on time. I would gladly refer Dave to anyone who needs a great plumber.

It was late (around 10pm) I noticed a smell from the basement and when I went down to my horror I had sewage all over the floor. I Decided to give Royal flush a call. Not only did he arriave within a half an hour but he even told me about the coupon on his web site. They unclogged my drain and gave me some good pointers on how to prevent a problem like this from happening again. I whole heartedly recommend royal flush to anyone with any type of plumbing problem.

I had the same problem in two old toilets. The first thing that impressed me about Dave is that after I hired him, he told me about a coupon on his website. He fixed the main problem with both toilets quickly and inexpensively. But some minor leakage issues remained. I think with old toilets it can be 'trial and error', and Dave was willing to come back on an evening or weekend. In the end, he replaced both toilets without charging me extra for his early efforts. And the price was far better than another quote. He hauled the old toilets to the dump for no extra charge. He was always friendly too.

The builder was so friendly and he explained about the problem easy and slow to me even i'm not good in English. I really appreciate to
the builder. And if I have another problem, than I will use this company again. bye bye.
