City Wide renewed our roof about 15 yard ago and followed up over the years as weathering repair was required. The roof stood up well over this period but we had a leak develop earlier this spring on the south end of our flat, the cause was an aging flat. Arron Marti showed up to check out the damage and provided a free estimate. Arron had not been to our house in 4(?) years (last repair) and without being reminded, remembered the repairs that had been done and the fact City Wide had replaced our roof 15 year previously. (We thought, he doesn't forget his jobs). He got up on the roof and immediately identified the issues with the flat and that the south facing shingles on the peak needed replacing. Got a quote to repair the leaks on the flat ($1,200) and replace the shingles ($450 - including adding an additional needed vent.) They indicated the flat repair would give us maybe another 3 years on the flat. They also provided us a quote for a complete flat replacement of $4,500 all in. We decided to have the flat replaced along with the shingle replacement. We were told crew would be here in a week. Got a call later in the day, crew would be at the house end of the week instead. Guys showed up on time and went right to work. Work took two days. Work site was left clean at the end of each day and good clean up at the end of the job. Crew foreman showed up today to go over all the work done with me, with explanations and ensure I was satisfied all around. Marti as promised followed up and provided our warranty for the products used. (They also provide a 10 year guarantee on their work - which we can vouch for). The Crew, Arron and Marti were as professional and knowledgeable as one would expect from good roofing craftsmen/women. Don't let the mohair track suit, gold chains, Superbowl size ring bling and Paris Hilton sunglasses Arron wears fool you. The guy knows his stuff cold. We like the guys and and the team would recommend them to those needing good roofing workmanship and fair prices.
We give the a 10 because they really did do a good job.
