As a first time home buyer, I was skeptical on placing the trust of the integrity of my potential first home in the hands of a “Home Inspector”, especially given the fact that this is a Century Home.
While enduring the tediousness of the hunting and screening processes of home inspectors, I had received a couple recommendations from close reliable friends, regarding a home inspector they had used.
Once getting in contact with Adam, I was confident that he would be the person I would like to complete the task of inspecting my new century home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in asking questions and answering any questions I had.
On Sept 19, I had the utmost pleasure of meeting Adam from Safety First Home Inspection. Adam went on to complete a very detailed home inspection. I can tell you, he earned his money that day, ha ha. After following him around for a bit, I was confident that the task was going to be completed in the proper fashion. I was reassured with our decision when Adam took the time out to explain thing to us as he completed each sections of the house.
Feeling good about the overall outcome of our inspection, and the friendly yet professional approach from Adam, we shook hands and parted ways, feeling good about our future home. But it was the following day, when we received our copy of the report, when I was the most impressed. After receiving our copy of the novel, which is our home inspection and the time and detail displayed in those pages. This is a great item to have in our records for maintaining and furthering the integrity of our new 100+ house.
Adam, I would like to thank you once again, for all of your hard work during our inspection, and we will definitely be referring you to others in the future.

Your report that I received the next day was very thorough. You even included photos which showed some potential problems and what could happen if left unattended. Your report listed in order of importance, issues that would need immediate attention. Hired Adam / Safety First to inspect a commercial-residential property. I was impressed by Adam's knowledge and his communication skills are really good. It was a true pleasure to work with Adam. He responded right away to my request for inspection on the house I purchased and we were able to arrange a time within just a couple of days span.
During the inspection, Adam consistently provided detailed explanations and answers to my numerous questions (as a first time house buyer, I had a lot of these). He was very thorough in his inspection, checked everything that could be checked in the house, and took pictures of it all.
