Thanks to Avi, Zack and his team who demonstrated their experience, skill and workmanship in completing the transformation of our driveway, walkway and front entry porch in 4 days. It has certainly enhanced the appearance and curb appeal of our home. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Couldnt be happier with the outcome of our project!! The entire team was very professional and their work was so precise and clean, and was completed in a very punctual & prompt timeline. There was constant communication throughout the project, where we were always aware of the next steps and all work was done based on the timelines discussed. The team was very mindful of cleaning up after their work so the neighbours were never bothered. Well definitely work with Delta Classic Homes again, and we highly recommend them!!

Our home which is about 30 years old was severely overgrown with trees in the front yard. The trees were planted at the time the home was constructed. The growth was totally out of control. The back yard had patio stones that were installed at the time the home was constructed. We received a quote from Delta to remove all the trees from the front yard, install a modern driveway and sidewalks using interlock (the highest quality) and to continue this right through to the back yard of the home.

The previous review is being updated to reflect additional renovations completed with respect to our home. The porch of our home was restored (due to years of water damage) and covered on all sides with stonework. The subcontractors who completed this work were excellent (the same company as who laid interlock on our driveway. As well, new metal railings were put in place and the porch was enclosed in glass. The subcontractors who were selected by Avi were superb. We are extremely satisfied with the entire project and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Delta Classic Homes

The owner of Delta, (Avi) provided a quote. We were extremely impressed with the fact that this amount was adhered to without any request for modification at a later time. The subcontractors that he engaged were highly professional and very decent individuals to deal with. The job was completed in far less time than anticipated.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE CONSIDERING A RENOVATION TO THE OUTSIDE OF THEIR HOME.

The drive way and the back lawn turned out great, there was couple of details overlooked, but it was promptly fixed after I pointed it out.

The original plan for the porch was to have interlock stones, but we finally went with Jewel stone as stones needed extra concrete chipping and breaking work. Jewel stone turned out fine.

The Delta team completed the project promptly and we are very pleased with the result. Looks great! Communication and workmanship were top notch.

Avi and his team provided us with excellent, friendly and professional customer service. They did an amazing job doing our interlocking driveway, making sure the work was done to perfection and quickly. We could not be happier with our new driveway. Excellent work at a fair price. We whanted a concrete base under the interlocking stome because of our heavy motor home. The workers were friendly and professional. Everything was cleaned up and soil and grass seed placed along the driveway edges. I would certanly recomend them.

Our original backyard and front walkway interlocking was done over 30 years ago and had been slowly sagging and sinking and weeds were continuously having to be picked from between the bricks.
Avi and the Delta team completed a complete redo with a solid and even base and laminated sand filler. They worked over three days and did an excellent job with all surfaces perfectly level and flush.
They worked around the in ground pool and kept the worksite neat and clean throughout so that minimal dirt or dust got into the water and left the worksite spotless on completion.
They explained what they felt was needed after initial consultation and what extra expenses could be anticipated without attempting to promote any deluxe packages but nevertheless were very focused on craftsmanship.
