Master Post Hole

Did a job today very pleased with the process other companies came in and refused to gather locates. These guys look after the locates and hand dug in bad areas unreachable and close to a bell line. Very pleased with the fence posts. They came highly recommended.

Used these guys to install foundation piers for a small deck. They has to hand dig on a couple of nasty hydro and bell lines. Had to change some of my spots they poured the concrete and install the brackets. Was able to build in 24 hours very pleased with the service will refer friends and family.

First of all, it took a very long time to book the work to be done. The first time they showed up, they only had half the locates they needed, and didn't realize until they were on-site that some holes needed to be hand dug because of utilities. We had to reschedule that time and multiple several times due to equipment/miscellaneous issues.

When the posts were finally installed, the spacing was completely wrong even though we had staked the locations, and the fence panels we were going to be using were here. Two different people measured the panels, and asked what our post spacing was and it is still wrong. The spacing for one row of posts is 4" off and the spacing for the second row is almost a foot off. Worse still, we asked for 6' spacing and all the post spacings are completely different. Why would anyone think we'd want post spacings that were all completely different? Half of the lumber we bought to build the fence is now useless and can't be returned. We should get our money back for all the extra trouble we need to go through to put our fence up now and all the extra wood and materials we need to fix the problem.

Service provider was courteous, respected our property. Demonstrated skill, efficiency and good knowkedge of his business. His emoyees also displayed excellent customer service. Used these guys several times over ten years. Don is a stand up guy and the daughter is straight up on the phone. No hidden costs they look after the locates where other companies do not. If they left a job site it is for a reason either the homeowner did not take concrete out of a hole or they hit rock. Great crew you will not be disappointed.

Contracted this company to dig 8 holes and set posts. Aimee scheduled the work for a Monday, they did not show and then left a message that they had a machine break down. After repeated calls/messages, on the Friday of that week, Aimee said they would be there on the Saturday or following Monday. When they showed up on the Monday they dug four holes and then said they could not finish the job. When my wife asked them to speak with me on the phone, they became belligerent and my worried about her safety. They filled the holes back in and left. I would never recommend this company and would advise anyone who asks that they are not only not professional, they have zero customer service and try to intimidate their clients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is an amazing company with years of successful work in the area. They are very knowledgeable, hard working, prompt and show excellent workmanship. We were so thankful for their well done job. Referral from a friend. These guys look after locates the utility clearances. We needed sono tubes for a backyard deck. Had some minor delays due to locates behind and rain. Glad we waited they job was difficult because of our grading in the backyard. They leveled the tubes on the grade they dealt with the building inspector. Very pleased with the work and will refer anytime.

Called a few post hole companies nobody returned any of my calls. Called Master Post and they helped me with finding cheaper lumber costs and with understanding building inspected jobs. Was able to have my work done this week had delays because of weather. They came out set my posts straight and set my sono tubes to code. They cleaned the site up and gave some pointers when we build our fence this week. Very happy with these guys will tell my friends.

Used these guys for a rental property outside of Woodstock. Great customer service no complaints. Used them on the street for new fence posts and deck footings. Called other companies these guys but after speaking with this guys we settled with them. They helped with the layout and dealt with our building inspector. Will use them again for another property in Brantford.
