Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto

I dropped my one year old rug off here for a routine cleaning. The rug was not finished when they said it would be and when we finally got it back, brought it home and unrolled it, we were horrified. There were new stains all over the rug, one side was so discoloured it was unrecognizable, and the rug was completely frayed in several spots on the edges. The rug is completely ruined. It looks far worse then it did before this 'cleaning'. Also, when we unrolled it then rolled it back up, a small mountain of dirt was on the floor underneath it. I had to vacuum it several times to stop the dirt from falling out. Unbelievable. And to top it of, the customer service is horrible. No apology, just denials and justifications, and we had to demand a refund. They should be replacing our rug. Do not trust these people with anything. Horrible experience, devastated over my rug.

Every 2 years or so I take my silk area rugs to be cleaned. It is worth the drive to Advance Road just north of Kipling and Queensway. This is a well run company and you can trust that your rugs will be professionally cleaned.

We hired Love Your Rug to clean 3 persian rugs for us. They picked them up and delivered the rugs exactly when they were supposed to and the rugs were clean, so I am happy. They were a little bit expensive, but when considering the pick up and delivery I think its a good value.

We had 5 rugs cleaned by Love Your Rug and they did a really good job. They picked up the rugs from our home, cleaned them and brought them back, which was really convenient. Everything was done on time and to satisfaction, so I can’t complain.

I sent a one piece Joe Rocket motorcycle suit to Love Your Rug for a cleaning and I have no idea what they did to it, but it came back in just dreadful condition. The pattern on the legs that came down to the bottom of the legs was ruined, the interior body armour had two sections that were cut and it didn’t even smell clean when I got it back. A really terrible experience.

I hired Love Your Rug for a carpet cleaning and had a good experience. They did everything they said they were going to, picked up and dropped off the rug in the timelines they said and everything was done in the budget that was expected.
