We had an issue with the bedroom light that was flickering. First of all, the technician took 35 minutes to figure out how to find the condo building. We are located in the park loan area - pretty accessible with an average GPS, yet it was a painful experience to direct the technician.

When he showed up he didn't even check inside the electrical board and just replaced the plug. After he left the problem remained. So I had to pay another electrician who properly checked everything and determined that there was a loose wire and the breaker was shaking.

All that to say, my experience was not pleasant...and I don't think he is very knowledgeable. Wasted $135...

Ali was extremely kind and patient when it came to my installation. He was super responsive when we were trying to set up a time that worked for both of us which really makes a big difference when trying to find an electrician because most of the other ones I tried reaching out to were super unresponsive. When it came to the job itself, it actually turned out to be a little bit more complicated than what I had described, but nonetheless he was able to finish everything up and also made sure that the amount of "damage" done was a minimal as possible. I honestly would recommend him to anyone as he really does have the customer's best interests in mind!

Ali was very professional and super quick. He wired up all our three bedrooms in less than a day. He's reasonably priced. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician.

I had electrical work done in my kitchen to move & add various outlets/light switches for a renovation. Ali was great - quick responses, always on time and stayed for however long he needed to finish his work over multiple visits. He was very open about what he recommended and never took any short cuts.

Ali called us back right away after we requested a quote to wire our basement. He was able to do the work quickly and walked us through the necessary steps to complete the job. He always showed up on time and stayed as long as necessary to complete the work. My husband and I were pleased with the potlights he recommended and installed in our basement as well as his ability to do what was needed to get the job done.

I needed to replace a light switch and outlet in the garage.

He was able to replace both the light switch and the outlet in a quick amount of time. He provided the new electrical boxes, switch and outlet. The work was thorough, professionally done, and it just looked much cleaner overall.

Overall, I found Ali to be extremely professional, friendly, and very good at what he does. He was also able to come by the next day when I had called.

This is the second time I have dealt with Ali and he is still the helpful electrician as he was the first time. He is excellent at his field and knows what he is doing not like some techs that are more concern about money rather than a happy customer. Ali upgraded the panel with precision and kept the area tidy and clean. I would highly recommend Ali.

Ali was great. I called him up on a Sunday and he was at our house on Tuesday. When he arrived, it turned out I did not purchase the right items needs for installation so we went together to Home Depot and he helped me buy what was needed. He was very professional, took his time to complete the job and cleaned up after him self. I will definitely be using him in the future!

Had a great experience with Direct Electric. They responded to me within 30 minutes of my request. Ali was professional and took the time to explain all aspects of what he was doing and why. I thought my job may have been too small however his response was that he wanted to ensure all clients were happy regardless if it is a large or small job. He was prompt, called prior to arriving and cleaned up as he went. The job went smoothly and very impressed with every aspect. I would not hesitate to use Direct Electric again. Fantastic work!!!
