Lee Sanchez was referred to me by a colleague from Remax. I had already designed my IKEA kitchen, which was a lot of work because the IKEA hardly helps at all. When I met Lee and showed him my purchase, the plan, and design, he added quite a few extra pieces that were missing, that I had never been told about it by IKEA. Only someone that understands what’s involved would know. Had I known beforehand that Lee could have done that part of the service as well; things would’ve been done much faster. It took me a long time to come up with the design and make sure that everything would fit and look great. It took Lee only 2 days to put my kitchen together with his helper. He did a fantastic job. His skills, expertise, diligence, and professionalism will satisfy even the fussiest customer. Lee did a phenomenal job on my condo kitchen and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of redoing a kitchen. First off, he took all the guesswork out of planning the kitchen, by helping me with the 3D design. He recommended several solutions to maximize my space using pre-designed IKEA cabinets and the finished design has worked out beautifully. As a result, ordering the kitchen was completely effortless. He did an excellent job taking down my old kitchen, organizing for re-tiling of floors, and finally built the new kitchen only in a matter of a couple of days.
His estimate was very clear and outlined exactly what I was paying for.

From putting together the cabinet to installing the counters, Lee went about his work with care and precision. Our design was a bit unusual, but Lee spent the time to make sure that all the nooks and crannies looked good. He was even okay when our puppy wanted to examine his nooks and crannies.

We got three quotes, one from the IKEA recommended company, another from a Homestar company, and the third from the Ikea Kitchen Specialist (Lee). Not only was Lee the most affordable, he also gave a detailed itemized quote so you knew exactly what he was charging for what service. During the consultation, Lee came by the house and carefully measured and doubled checked our online IKEA kitchen plan before we ordered our cabinets. He helped us revise our order to make sure everything would fit.

When the over 140+ boxes and what seemed like thousands of pieces of hardware were delivered, I was doubly grateful knowing that Lee was going to put them all together. He and his crew arrived on time at 8am and put in long hours to finish our kitchen in three days. Being a 60+ year old house, our ceiling and walls are not levelled and he was able to customize the trim, level all the cabinets and made our kitchen look absolutely fantastic. Being a DIY'er, this would've taken me weeks and weeks of frustration to do the kitchen myself with half the quality.
